“We LOVED our wedding at IslandWood! I worked on the events team at IslandWood from 2019-2021, before shifting careers completely. But eating food from a menu that my husband and I got to custom design with Jim was truly an unforgettable experience. All of the guests loved the food, and Jim and his team tackle every request that you throw their way! My husband is Dominican, and Jim made sure that the Dominican food he made was authentic and delicious. At one point, my husband's aunts asked whether a Dominican was working in the kitchen! Moreover, Erica, our event planner, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a perfect weekend! IslandWood is a magical place, and your wedding will be magical if you choose to have it there. Yes, it is pricey, but the experiences that you, your family, and your friends will leave with are truly invaluable!”

Paul and Gwen bought a raw piece of farmland in 2003 with a vision to start a retail nursery just outside of Monroe Wa. Paul with his amazing vision, creativity, and hard work, started piecing together a beautiful work of art that became Pine Creek Farms and Nursery. A destination nursery that not only serves the Sky Valley but surrounding areas of Everett, Woodinville, Kirkland & Seattle... Naturally, the grounds became a beautiful place to hold special events, and after a handful of smaller events, Paul continued developing his idea of creating a venue that would provide an amazing garden setting for larger celebrations!
