Owners Tanya and Bob bought this tranquil gem of a property nestled on the Pilchuck River in 2014. After completing extensive renovations and landscaping work, they transformed it into the beautiful venue it is today and began hosting weddings in 2018. Committed to ensuring an experience that’s fun and as worry-free as possible, Tanya and Bob love helping to bring couples’ wedding visions to life. At this venue, you can look forward to celebrating your love surrounded by fresh air, majestic pine trees, and picturesque views as far as the eye can see.

“I'm so happy I found this hidden gem! Rivers Edge venue is absolutely gorgeous. Getting married looking out to the river was so magical. The grounds are well kept and beautiful through summer and fall! Tanya is easy to work with and very flexible! We were in a time crunch with a limited budget and were able to come up with an agreement that worked well for both of us. I was able to go out to the venue multiple times before the wedding to mentally plan and prepare. They have a great selection of items available for use such as tables, chairs, a bar, alters, etc. We opted to set up the day before and I highly recommend that route! It's nice to come on your wedding day not having to worry about setup. Tanya was also very helpful during this time getting us additional things we needed during setup. On the day of the wedding Tanya was available for questions. She helped us get the golf cart set up and we could use that to move around the property throughout the day. we even have a really cute photo of us driving through the wooded area near the river. You will get the best photos down by the river during golden hour! This place is great because it really has everything you need: getting ready rooms, a nice big tented area that sits on top of a concrete slab, a grassy area for outdoor games, plenty of parking, and to top it all off a beautiful view of the river! A must for couples who love the outdoors!”

“We began looking for wedding venues a year in advance, and from the moment we met Jamie and James, we knew River Valley Oasis was the one. Their warmth, friendliness, and clear love for their venue made booking an easy decision. What really attracted us was the venue’s secluded, natural atmosphere—peaceful and serene, yet still easy to find via GPS. Plus, the convenience of hosting all our events and guests in one location made our day so much smoother. We were also thrilled that they provided MC equipment, a refrigerator/freezer, and all the tables and chairs, saving us the hassle of renting. They even offer a helpful website to connect with vendors, which we used for several wedding services. Jamie and James went above and beyond for us. James graciously let us use his newly crafted tables, which added a special touch to our welcome table, sweetheart table, and dessert station. Everything came together perfectly, and you can see the beautiful craftsmanship in the photos! My husband and I highly recommend River Valley Oasis for any special gathering. The experience was flawless from start to finish.”
