Hi :) I have a background in social work so am used to walking into all kinds of situations and interacting with all sorts of people. I now have my dream job as a wedding photographer where I get to capture people's very best moments!!! Not only do I love capturing those candid moments but I also enjoy guiding loved ones through interacting together to come up with more natural moments to capture actual good times! To help the day run as smoothly as possible we also send out a wedding photography survey going over times and shot details to make sure we are on the same page ahead of time, with wanted poses on this list as well.

I am one of the lucky ones. I have been so fortunate to be able to turn my passion for photography + videography into a dream job. When I was exposed to the wedding industry after college (any Ohio University alumni out there?!), I INSTANTLY fell in love with capturing those once in a lifetime moments. You could say photography is in my blood, since my father has been a professional photographer for most of his adult life, and he generously gifted me my very first camera. I married my high school sweetheart in 2019 and quickly realized just how important pictures from your wedding day really are. After it's over, photos are the best way to reminisce and relive the emotions from one of the most important days of our lives over and over again.

I began my career working as a backup for a wedding photographer in Akron, Ohio. I started out using a medium format Hasselblad 501CM film camera (I don’t miss those days). Over 300 weddings later, I still have a passion for photographing couples on their wedding day. For me, weddings have it all: portrait photography; photojournalism; commercial photography (wedding details). It is all interesting and all part of your day.
