Welcome to Rising Ashes Designs! RAD was founded by Christina and Matthew Christyson Over the last decade, we’ve built a team that feels like family. Together, we’ve captured over 600 weddings, blending professionalism with creativity and a whole lot of fun. Our mission is to make your wedding day stress-free, memorable, and uniquely yours. Whether we’re sharing a laugh, adjusting the tiniest details, or cheering you on during your first dance, we’re here to capture every special moment with care and authenticity. We love capturing weddings, maternity, newborn, child milestones, boudoir ect. We are PROUD LGBTQ+ allies!
We are much more than photographers! By the end of the process we will basically be family! We love a good candid moment and love catching a tear or two! Rising Ashes was Amazing!
Christine and Matt are wonderful! They made sure all the photos I requested i wanted done were done. They made it very easy to get the photos too! There team as a whole are great with what they do and we love our video from them.

AMAZING
Working with the team from Rising Ashes Designs has been a true joy over the years. My family started working with them in 2018 to current. They never make you feel uncomfortable! They definitely know how to make you laugh! Any questions that you may have, the team is more then willing to answer in a timely matter. Also, for those of us who have the jitters on wedding day, one of the team members may bring their puppy to ease your anxiety! They are always up for any challenging or quirky idea. In better words, the Rising Ashes Designs team will forever be our photographer!

Rising Ashes Designs, LLC was the perfect choice for our wedding photography and videography. From the start, their communication was efficient, full of great ideas, and incredibly friendly. The quality of their work and value they provided was truly everything I imagined and more- they excel at capturing beautiful, natural moments that will be cherished forever. When I was stressed because my bridal party was running late, the RAD team made the most of the time, comforted my stress, and were so warm and personable throughout. My bridal party still raves about how much they loved working with the RAD team! We've used them for so many important milestones - engagement, wedding, maternity, newborn, 6 month and 1 year photos with our baby girl - and they have exceeded our expectations every single time. Taking photos can be a stressful scenario, but the RAD team makes it so easy and fun. Their personalities are wonderful, and you can tell they truly care about you and capturing who you are. I couldn't recommend Rising Ashes Designs more highly!
