    Our entire experience was great. It was a smooth experience working with the customer service agent, photographer, videographer, and even billing! I was hesitant about paying for a photographer and videographer but I regret nothing

    Our photographer from Eivan's Photo & Video called us the week before to confirm the timing and location, which was good communication. However, the quality of their work was very disappointing. We only have 1 photo of our first kiss, and it's of the back of my husband's head. The pictures I took on my phone had higher resolution and better quality. Overall, we got about 5 good photos in the end. I would NOT recommend Eivan's Photo & Video. We are highly disappointed with the service and final product.

    Customer service was great, both the photographer and videographer reached out ahead of my wedding reception date to chat and learn more about the event / the style of filming we wanted. Both were punctual, dressed well, and got good coverage of the event. The final editing of photography and videos was very good as well.
