2 Penguins is not your typical wedding location. We are a Taproom and Restaurant providing quality food, service and beverages. We were in the traditional wedding business under the umbrella business, Panache Catering, Inc, for over 30 years and left it because we eventually were worn out by what it had become. In that time we catered thousands of weddings. The expectations among a some groups of wedding families simply became impossible to meet. Pinnacle Club by Grand Hyatt Denver is Denver's most distinguished venue. Located on the 38th floor of the office tower at 555 17th Street, in the heart of the Mile High City, floor-to-ceiling windows showcase the entire Rocky Mountain front range and Denver skyline. You can even see Pikes Peak 100 miles away, as this is the city's highest event space. The intriguing, warm and contemporary interior design of the space is complemented by the opulent sparkle of hand-blown glass chandeliers and touches of bronze and polished walnut.

Weddings at Sanctuary include: Personalized Service: Six hours of private facility rental time will allow you and your guests to enjoy the venue exclusively. Onsite coordination is provided to ensure you get through the details of your wedding day worry-free. All guests are served by our award-winning food and beverage staff, as well as treated to complimentary valet parking.

Cherokee Ranch & Castle features breathtaking views of the Rockies, 3,400 acres of unspoiled land and wildlife sanctuary, and a 1450s Scottish-style Castle with exquisite collections of art and antiques. The pristine property, historic venue and dedicated staff will make your event an enchanting experience, leaving you and your guests with enduring memories. The maximum capacity inside the Castle is 75 guests. During certain months of the year, our Veranda Tent is available and can accomodate up to 150 guests. The Castle is available January through December, and the Veranda Tent is available May through September (October, weather permitting).

We are a homeowner's association with a rental facility known as The Grange, which is located 30 minutes between Denver and Colorado Springs. Opened in 2004, The Grange seamlessly blends rustic charm with contemporary amenities. Central aspects include natural light, grand ceilings, a bar and prep kitchen, a covered patio with heating capabilities, and a perimeter of garage doors for a free-flowing indoor/outdoor concept. Renting with us is “DIY” - We provide the venue, plus some amenities, and you bring it to life (no required vendors). Please note we are NOT an all-inclusive venue and our rates are HOURLY. First built in 1891, the Highlands Ranch Mansion is a historic wedding venue located in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. This elegant western estate is decorated in a range of historic periods and is surrounded by more than 200 acres of ranchland. The Mansion exudes charm and character with an abundance of space and opportunities to host the wedding you’ve always imagined. The Mansion is surrounded by picturesque landscaped grounds, expansive vistas, and architectural details. When you host your wedding at the Highlands Ranch Mansion, you have exclusive use of the 27,000 square foot mansion and 2 acres of outdoor property. The Highlands Ranch Mansion has a list of approved full-service caterers for you to choose from. All alcoholic beverages are purchased through the Mansion. Tables and chairs for up to 225 guests are included with your rental, and will be set up in advance of your event.
