My name is Rachel and I am the lead floral designer of Velvet Blooms. After studying music with an emphasis in vocals, I began to rethink what my creative path would be. With mentors such as Laura Williams of Poppy Hill Flowers and good friend Kelsea Olivia Gaynor of East Olivia, I began my journey into floral design and never looked back!

A California Native living in Santa Barbara, CA enjoying the beauty of the mountains and beaches. Gracie founded Boho Chic Dreams to follow her passion of florals, creating customized designs for her clients, sharing the love and vibes of how special florals are.

Design work is unique, texturally driven, and rooted in nature. Harmonious and balanced, each creation tells a thoughtful interpretation of clients individual stories. Often organic in shape, designs are reminiscent of a field of flowers still in growth expressing the eccentricity through height, texture and shape. With deep appreciation and connection to the earth, a piece of Reiki infused rose quartz is tied into every bridal bouquet to instill the divine loving energy on your special day. A portion of all proceeds goes to local CA dog rescues.

Getting Hitched? We do orders of all sizes, depending on availability, season, and previous bookings. Full-Service Wedding and Event packages available. Final price will depend on style, flowers requested, and amount of labor involved to deliver, set up and strike. Keep in mind that a large wedding party and/or guest list will add to your bottom line. I do ask that all full-service weddings are also working with a professional wedding planner.
