Home of the Athens YMCA from 1889 until 1919, the original building on this site became a music store, movie house, hotel, Masonic Temple, furniture company and Sears Roebuck store before being replaced by the Elite Theatre in 1935. Except for a brief period as a Methodist church, this theatre – later renamed the Georgia Theatre – has served as a significant performance venue for emerging and established musicians from Athens and beyond. Devastated by a fire on June 19th, 2009, this historic concert hall has been rebuilt as a labor of love with reverence for the creative spirit that Athens has long embraced. The Chair Factory is a wedding venue situated in Gainesville, Georgia. This impressive building was originally built over a century ago and was occupied by the Georgia Chair Factory. This property has since undergone refurbishments while maintaining most of the site's original architectural features. This venue offers something for every couple when it comes to creating the wedding atmosphere they've always envisioned.

The Court Street Livery is a restored barn in downtown Washington, Georgia. It is perfect for weddings, rehearsal dinners and just about any event you can imagine. The big red barn has great details from the past including a soaring heart pine ceiling, brick walls, awesome lighting, a outdoor patio, and a huge open space with four wooden posts. You’ll have access to the barn for the whole day. You can take your time setting up because we rent the Livery for only one event each weekend and you may come in the day before for decorating and set-up at no extra cost. We're largely a “DIY” facility which can make our venue very budget friendly. You'll provide the ideas, decorations and set-up. The Livery is beautiful even with very few decorations. You will choose your own caterer/planner. The Livery has a full catering kitchen. We have a few tables but you'll need to rent additional equipment (chairs, tableware, sound system, etc.). There is ample free parking.

Carl House is an elegant, historic, Southern home, which was remodeled and in 2003 opened as an all occasion event venue. Carl House has lavishly appointed interiors and a dramatic grand ballroom with a classic curved staircase. The exterior landscape of the home includes an exquisite gazebo, picture perfect pergola, beautiful waterfall feature, covered porches, and lush private gardens. Designed as an all inclusive venue, Carl House offers many amenities including in-house culinary and floral design services, wedding direction, rental items, Mirror Me, and more.

Mountain Laurel Farm offers you an opportunity to host a “destination wedding” nestled on 21 acres overlooking the Chattahoochee National Forest. We specialize in intimate events of 100 guests or less and the opportunity to host up to 200 guests for cocktail styled events. Guests enjoy exclusive access to our stunning Greek Revival Farmhouse, former Caretaker house & authentic Red Barn. The Corry House is named after the Corry family that settled the land in the late 1700's. That same family built the house in 1869, and continues to own the land to this day, ten generations later. After meeting and marrying in Greenville in 1989, Drs. Bo and Ruby Cheves moved to Bo's family farm in Union Point, Georgia. Here, they began the work of remodeling the 150-year-old farmhouse and surrounding grounds. As their two kids grew older, Bo and Ruby decided to build a new house overlooking the Ogeechee River further back on the property in 2007. With the help of Erin and Stanton Porter, The Corry House held its first wedding in 2010. At that time, we didn't have our reception barn or the meadow and forest wedding sites. Folks got married in the garden or in front of the farmhouse. After a few years of weddings, Bo and Ruby decided to run with it and built our temperature-controlled barn in 2014.

The Barn at Sitton Hill Farm is a wedding venue located in Easley, SC. The Barn is a family-owned and operated business in the countryside just minutes away from downtown Greenville, SC. Set on 99 acres of majestic pastures, forests, hills, and a winding creek, the property allows plenty of options for photographs.
