We plan weddings and events at our amazing farmhouse, built circa 1920, in beautiful North Georgia. The farmhouse provides a comfortable atmosphere with a rich history while also containing modern touches to match your wedding style. We can accommodate up to 150 guests on our beautiful 4-acre property. The farmhouse also has two suites for you and your wedding party to get ready, enjoy, and relax in before your ceremony. We supply many amenities including, but not limited to: Ceremony & reception sites. In-house catering Chef with over 40 years of experience. Setup & cleanup. Serving staff. Tables, chairs, & linens. Silverware & glassware. On-site parking. Two suites for you and your wedding party members. On-site coordinator. Tucked away behind the historic farmhouse, Four Oaks' beautiful gardens create an intimate, private setting perfect for your ceremony and reception.
Four Oaks sits on 4 acres of land and accommodates up to 150 guests. The farmhouse provides a comfortable atmosphere with a rich history while also containing modern touches to match your wedding style. We also have a white carriage house for indoor events or dance floor space, a smokehouse that includes our iconic red doors and rustic bar, and a quaint fire pit and s'mores area. The farmhouse also has two suites for you and your wedding party to get ready, enjoy, and relax before your ceremony.

Our beautiful Carriage House is used for dessert, dancing, and events such as rehearsal dinners and showers.
Our historic carriage house is the perfect setting for dancing, cake cuttings and dessert, plus intimate, indoor ceremonies and receptions. The carriage house is also a great spot to host showers, parties, and rehearsal dinners.

We weren’t prepared for how COMPLETE our experience was going to be with Four Oaks Manor! I mean: decor, service ware, choice of colors and accents, customized ceremony backdrop, signage, seating, setup and takedown, and so much more. Their coordinator McKenzie Julian took on so much more responsibility for us- at NO extra charge- that she was practically our wedding planer from day one. The staff, the chef, and the grounds were all beyond our expectations. We wanted an outdoor venue with a forest-vineyard-farmhouse vibe and somehow we found Four Oaks to accommodate it all. There was PLENTY of room for our 80 person event, the ceremony seating and dinner arrangements were comfortable and well-placed. We had unlimited ice included and had staff handling refills of self-serve canned alcohol. There were NO surprise fees and TONS of surprise upgrades. Choosing Four Oaks was the best decision we made besides “I do!”
Bride
We absolutely loved having our wedding at Four Oaks Manor. McKenzie was our coordinator, but she was so helpful that it was almost like having a wedding planner. I thought the planning process would be stressful, but with her guidance, it wasn’t stressful at all. The venue looked BEAUTIFUl the day of the wedding and the food was delicious. Overall we highly recommend this venue to any couples considering it.

I am a mobile disc jockey who has had the great pleasure of working at Four Oaks Manor over 40 times over the past several years. I've visited a lot of venues, but few of them are are well put together and smoothly run as Four Oaks Manor. The staff is knowledgeable, flexible, and experienced... which gives not only their clients a seamless experience, but makes working with them an absolute breeze. This venue is run with love... and anyone who has an event there will have an amazing experience!
