I served twenty years in the Coast Guard as a Helicopter Rescue Swimmer and performed a year of National service with Americorps. Upon retirement, I returned to school using my GI bill to study my lifelong hobby and passion: Art and photography. I attended the Art Institute of Seattle for over two years until their closure. I am presently painting for Gallery, along with shooting wedding corporate events.

I specialize in documentary wedding photography. I really enjoy a photojournalistic approach in telling a story. My work focuses on capturing emotions, interactions, and body language. To be perfectly honest, I love what I do. I'm damn good at it. I have dabbled in all sorts of jobs but I kept coming back to the camera. It feels really good to take the craft that I love so much and share it. The scope of my photography is wide but I specialize in weddings and elopements. I've been photographing weddings since 2005. I believe in vibing well with your photographer because let's be honest, your photographer will be up close and personal with you throughout your big day so it's important to choose someone whose energy you enjoy and mesh well with.
