There aren’t many times in your life you have your best friends and family members gathered together in one place. this lends itself to good photography. but it’s important we get good access, that we be able to photograph you from the perspective of a close friend or family member. we want to shoot your wedding from the inside out, not the outside in. when you get your photos we want to bring you back to those moments in an intimate and impactful way, so you can remember how it felt.

This is about you, so working together closely is the ideal way we’re going to get a great set of images out of it. and we know that’s what’s made the whole process such a success for the couples we’ve photographed, and we’re thankful to have been a part of it. how do you imagine the photos that will tell your story?

    Sean Flanigan was the main photographer for our wedding. He got so drunk and inappropriate during the reception that he had to be escorted out by security. He made multiple women including myself extremely uncomfortable. Melanie did her best to address this issue and we did finally get the photos almost 6 months after the wedding.

    I want to sincerely acknowledge the pain and discomfort caused by what happened at your wedding. I’m truly sorry that you and your guests were made to feel uncomfortable. No one should ever have to experience that—especially on such a sacred day. While Sean and I were working as independent contractors at the time, I understand how his actions reflected on the vendor team as a whole. I did my best to address the situation in real-time and followed up with care and concern after the wedding. That experience reminded me how crucial it is to be extremely intentional about who I work alongside. It was a painful and important lesson—one I’ve taken seriously.
