Chester County History Center is an exceptional and unique historic wedding venue located in the heart of downtown West Chester, PA. Convenient to Hotel Warner, boutique shops, galleries and restaurants and minutes away from major Brandywine Valley attractions, our venue is the perfect spot to make history together! This beautiful historic building, offering many photo opportunities, was built for the YMCA in 1908, then purchased and renovated by CCHC in 1993. Your guests will also have access to the award winning museum's many galleries in Horticultural Hall, designed by Thomas Ustick Walter and built in 1849. This building has the distinction of housing the first Pennsylvania women's rights convention in 1852 among other influential historic events and performances by well-known 19th century entertainers.

Our rooms are compeletely customizable to meet your needs and specifications. Fun facts: The Queen is a historic landmark built in the 1800s. In the winter of 2020 it served as the Office of the President (Elect) Joe Biden. As Wilmington's most celebrated live music venue, the Queen features multiple extravagant rooms that fit any event. The iconic red cast iron façade was one of twelve that survived the great Baltimore fire in 1904 and was restored for the opening of the Baltimore City Life Museum. This distinctive Downtown York museum venue provides an versatile industrial setting for you to begin planning your event. You decide how you will transform the space. Bring your own decorations or hire an outside vendor to help create your dream wedding or reception. In addition to the rental areas, you may chose to have the galleries open for your guests to explore during your event.

Greenbank is a beautiful setting for your DIY event, with historic charm and a natural outdoor setting by the Red Clay Creek. You’ll want to plan hours before and after your event for setup/decorating and cleanup. You can choose to rent in smaller blocks of time using our Standard Package or take advantage of our Wedding Package: it provides access to the site across two days to allow for stress-free setup, deliveries, rehearsals, photographs, and event preparations, plus cleaning services and other special accommodations.

Hagley Museum and Library is an historic wedding venue in Wilmington, Delaware. The venue is located on the property of a nineteenth-century estate, the original home of the du Pont family, now home to Hagley Museum.
