“We used the Tree Top Room. A little under 100 guests. The outdoor ceremony space is beautiful. It’s deceiving because we were wondering how our guests would fit but it was more than enough. It’s also shaded which was perfect for a hot day. Wedding packages are very inclusive and don’t leave a lot for you to worry about. We went with the Ruby package which included 4 passed apps, a cheese and fruit display, champagne toast, salad course, choice of 3 entrees, wedding cake allowance and center pieces for the reception tables(sweet heart table was an extra fee but was reasonable). We added a late night snack station as well. We worked with Janet and had a Day of coordinator, banquet captain and a bridal attendant. The entire staff were absolutely amazing. We got so many compliments from our guests about how smoothly everything went, how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. If you are looking for an all inclusive place that will literally do everything and take away any chance of stress.. I cannot recommend them enough!! They really know what they are doing!”

“Hotel Providence offers a space perfect for every couple. If you are interested in traditional wedding setting, urban setting, speak easy they have it. They even have a courtyard garden which is so rare in the city. The wedding coordinator and her team make everything so easy! Kate goes above and beyond for all their couples while also working with vendors to make sure the whole day is smooth sailing. The suites for the getting ready are filled with natural light and so much space for the whole bridal party. The food is always delicious and timed perfectly which is so important! I highly recommend Hotel Providence!”
