Woodfords Club is an historic venue in Portland, Maine. Incorporated as a social club in 1913, the charm of this era has been maintained through recent restoration efforts as is seen in the lobby room you step into upon entering the Club. A Banquet Hall with stage area provides ample room to meet the needs of any occasion. Smaller rooms and a commercial kitchen add to the opportunities for your event. Ample on-site parking is available for your use.

We’ve renovated the event halls at The Common Man Inn & Spa in Plymouth and opened The Nest, a cozy event space at Common Man Ashland. We’re excited to host events at The Barn on the Pemi, our rustic event barn located in Plymouth, accommodating up to 300 guests with views of the mountains and Pemi river.

Our historical 3 acre waterfront property with 2 acres of open area on the water with its views of Casco Bay and Portland Harbor, our heated 2500SF National Historic Landmark Greenwood Playhouse with our lighted water view deck, and our outdoor lighted pavilion. We have a commercial kitchen for your caterer on site, and we have an 8' x 4' gas grill. We are all volunteers of the Peaks Island Lions Club that own, operate, and maintain the site, and profits go to Island Scholarships and grants. May, June, and October are our discounted months.
