The Hall, located on beautiful Madrona Point in Eastsound, has been a natural community gathering place since it was built in 1891. The Hall is host to a variety of classes, dances, wedding receptions, art fairs, fundraisers, birthday parties and community events. Rentals include use of our extensive collection of chairs and tables, as well as our LCD projector and sound system. Situated among Madrona trees, evergreens and wildflowers on beautiful Madrona Point in Eastsound, the heart of Orcas Island, the Hall has hosted many memorable weddings and gala celebrations over the years.

The Ferndale Event Center is a 18,000 square foot facility with over 12,000 square feet of banquet space for your corporate event, wedding, trade show, or special event. The 4,200 square foot Ballroom has capacity to accommodate up to 300 guests cocktail style, 240 reception only, and 160 for ceremony and reception. With an open floor plan that is bathed in natural light from a wall of windows, this enchanting space is reminiscent of ballrooms of a bygone era, with hints of our distinct Chuckanut Bay Distillery aesthetic.
