The historic venue features original 1930's brick walls, oversized wooden doors, large antique star-shaped and globe chandelier lighting, and a fully functioning bar with beer taps and more. Glover Park Brewery’s 5,000 square feet of space gives couples the option to host their ceremony, and flip to a cocktail hour and reception under one roof. We have 2 bridal suites as well as a game room attached to our main reception space, perfect for our included after parties and as a getting ready space! Brick and Ivey offers in house bar packages and catering to meet all of your event needs!

West Milford Farm is named for Lightner West, who built the historic home around 1900 and the Milford family, who have lived here since the 1930s. West Milford Farm is an award-winning events facility conveniently located in East Cherokee County, just north of the city of Milton. The property is assembled around the original folk Victorian farmhouse and six historic outbuildings including: Original barn dating to the late 1800s Glass greenhouse, built from reclaimed windows from a local cotton mill Beautifully renovated reception barn Original 1890s corn crib. The reception barn boasts a brand new catering kitchen with granite counter tops, air conditioned handicapped accessible restrooms with bridal dressing room and a huge brick fireplace as the centerpiece in our large banquet barn.

Owners Kacey and Hillery Cecil developed this space out of love and passion for antiquated buildings. Their mission was to retain the building’s authentic charm while enhancing it with modern and refined accents.
