As local residents, we felt our small, picturesque East Texas town of Splendora needed a unique attraction that would meet the wedding and events needs of our local and neighboring communities. When we first discovered this remote piece of property with the ideal-sized pond, we envisioned it with dreamy, flowing fountains that would create a romantic backdrop for the most memorable bridal/wedding scenery. Your wedding at Palm Royal Villa will begin in one of two get-ready suites, both of which are elegantly furnished to create relaxing atmospheres. One of these suites is painted a pale pink and comes with chic chaise lounges, four vanities, and a floral accent wall. The other has a metallic color scheme, comfortable black leather couches, and a flat screen TV. From here, you will make your way down the grand staircase to the main level for your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception. Round and banquet tables, Chiavari chairs with cushions, and floor-length black and white linens. You will also have access to the property ahead of the festivities for a two-hour photo shoot and a one-hour rehearsal. On the momentous occasion, a venue manager will be on-site to make sure that everything runs smoothly. The event staff also offers valet parking and assistance with setup and cleanup.
