Lisa was a joy to work with, and the venue had everything handled! Everything went off without a hitch! We didn't have to worry about anything day of. So glad we chose this venue! (and the food was fabulous!)

We had been planning this wedding since the first months of 2020. The wedding took place on January 15, 2023. In the beginning, we had Brooklen as our venue coordinator. Brooklen left the company and we were informed timely about it. Leslie Gonsalves took Brooklen's spot and became our coordinator. We were very detailed and organized. However, the day of the wedding, we had some hitches. To begin, the sign pointing to our ballroom had the name of the mother of the bride, and not of the married people! When I asked Leslie about it, she asked me, very ironically, if I wanted it corrected. All the guests were inside already! All night long, whenever we needed Leslie for something or other, she was nowhere to be found. We had to hound the staff, several of them, to finally get her to come in the room. There was a misunderstanding when the DJ announced that the buffet was ready. Leslie was NOWHERE to be found and the staff kept saying " we are not ready, we are not ready". When Leslie finally appeared she became very defensive and stated that "I was at the kitchen making sure your food was just what you ordered"! What was she going to do? Cook it? I thought she behaved ver unprofessionally through the night. We ended up arranging with the DJ when to cut the cake since she was nowhere AGAIN. And we did it ourselves. Fortunately, it was not a cake but a donut tower, so we just said loudly for the guests to get a donut themselves. Leslie had promised that she would make sure that a birdcage was available to put the cards the guests brought. The birdcage was nowhere to be found. Our DJ was amazing, if it wasn't for him, this would have been a disaster. Leslie was not very professional , defensive, and not available at all during the party. I paid 500 for services that I feel were not rendered.
