    La Hacienda Banquet Hall is an exceptional wedding venue with a friendly, organized staff that truly cares about their clients. The venue is very spacious and unique, with ample parking and a private, beautiful location. The venue staff goes above and beyond to ensure each event is perfect, and all the recommended vendors they provide are top-quality and truly passionate about their work. You simply cannot go wrong with choosing La Hacienda - the property is stunning, spacious, and has a very unique style that will make your special day unforgettable.

    La Hacienda Banquet Hall was the perfect venue for our wedding day. From the moment we first reached out, the staff was incredibly friendly, great communicators, and incredibly helpful in making sure all the details were taken care of. The venue itself is amazing - a big, traditional hacienda-style space that was the perfect backdrop for our celebration. The food was also fantastic, with delicious beef fajitas that our guests raved about. We were pretty stressed leading up to the big day, but Jeni and the team at La Hacienda made everything run so smoothly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and are so grateful to have chosen this venue for our special day.

    This is coming from my personal experience with this venue. I booked La Hacienda Banquet Hall for my Mexican themed wedding a year in advance. Unfortunately, what should have been the happiest day of my life became the most traumatic. Communicating with the event coordinator, Jennifer, was extremely challenging throughout the planning process, which was a red flag I wish I had listened to. She often responded rudely and unprofessionally to simple questions, which made me uneasy. Enrique, on the other hand he was kind and made us feel excited to work with us. The night before my wedding, she sent a contract alteration at 9:37pm without discussion. Though Jennifer discouraged me attending set-up, I sent trusted friends, who observed her disorganization and unprofessionalism. She and my mother clashed during prep and throughout the event, unknown to me at the time. Jennifer showed little interest in ensuring my wedding went smoothly. My vendors encountered her rudeness and lack of assistance. Ultimately, she CANCELED my wedding at 11:48pm, though it was to go until 2am. With better preparation and communication, this could have been avoided. However, her negative attitude and unwillingness to take accountability ruined my wedding. Now Jennifer threatens to keep my deposit despite no damages. I cannot recommend this venue, regardless of its beauty, and my family and I are left to heal from this traumatic experience. I can go on and on but the thing that hurts the most is that I worked hard to make my wedding day a success, but she did not do anything possible to value my business. People work hard and go through many life challenges for their event to deal with people that simply don’t want to help make your day a success.
