Housed in a late Victorian building that was once a home, a church, a dance studio, and an architectural salvage store, the Wrecking Bar Brewpub has worked to become a cornerstone of the neighborhood. With a focus on comfortable atmosphere, clean and exciting locally sourced food, an extensive bar program, and excellent beer crafted in house, the goal is to maintain a restaurant that has has something for everyone. Since 1994 we've been a family-owned business. My parents owned and operated a uniform and linen factory that is still in operation today. In 2001, they opened a linen rental business in downtown Chamblee that serviced the most prestigious clients in the Atlanta area. From Turner Field to Bacchanalia we learned the ins and outs of being hospitable to the hospitality industry. In 2016, we sold the business, and in 2017 we renamed the space to Factory Atlanta. We want to work with people who have a vision for their project, their big day, or their milestone event.

It includes a catering kitchen, bridal suite, and built-in bench seating facing Ponce de Leon Avenue and the Atlanta Beltline. Bar Packages available separately and must be provided by our team. Capacity: 400 standing guests / approximately 220 seated guests! Our second wedding area, the Roebuck Room, is a versatile space located in the iconic water tower that rises above the rooftop. We can host up to 75 guests for a full-scale wedding, 100 guests for a seated dinner, and up to 150 reception style, the 11th floor space will be ideal for your private event or exclusive rehearsal dinner. While indoors, the expansive windows still offer our amazing Skyline Views.

Upstairs Atlanta is a raw space with industrial and rustic finishes that can be tailored to fit the style or theme of any event. The open space has an arched concrete ceiling anchored by vaulted skylight windows with white brick and concrete floors throughout. The building also features an upstairs cocktail lounge, a large covered patio flanking the reception space and a lower level outdoor terrace. The Atrium is hidden away in downtown, historic Norcross. A step off the sidewalk behind a vine-covered iron gate, a secret garden awaits discovery for the perfect spring and summer wedding venue. Each spring, full-grown lilac azaleas scent the air with their sweetness, followed by a shower of tiny white confederate jasmine blooms spilling over the gazebo's filigree dome. As a facility rental, we provide tables and folding chairs inside, as well as complimentary parking. All outdoor furniture will need to be rented. Catering would be provided through one of our amazing catering companies we partner with and can average $120 to $200 per guest. Beverage service and bartenders are additional and are provided by the History Center. It is about $65 per person for a 4-hour premium full bar. We have a full property minimum on Saturdays of a peak month: April, May, June, September, and October. The facility rental fee for the Swan Gardens, Atlanta History Museum, and Grand Overlook ballroom on a Saturday is $12,500 and we have an additional $5,500 beverage minimum. Fridays and Sundays are $10,000 with a $2,500 beverage minimum. Most of our weddings can expect to spend between $400 to $1,000 per guest after all vendors and costs are added up and divided out per guest.

1910. That’s when this studio was built. That’s more than 100 years ago. Before the Titanic. Before World War I. Of course, when they built it they didn’t know it was a studio. They thought they’d built a factory for transforming raw cotton into fire-retardant fabrics. And they did just that for about 84 years. Next came a few years of hand-wringing and a few more of neglect and abandonment. In 2007, they finally turned it over to Jason Ivany. He set it back on track and transformed it into the daylight studio it was always meant to be just before the 100 year mark.
