    We were very disappointed with our experience booking The Westin Atlanta Perimeter North for our wedding. From the beginning, their communication was extremely unprofessional. We reached out multiple times to inquire about hosting our wedding at their venue, but they never responded to any of our requests. Despite the place looking nice online, the lack of response from the staff made us feel unimportant as customers. It was frustrating that they did not seem interested in our business, as this was a major part of our special day that we had to figure out elsewhere. Overall, we would not recommend this venue to other couples looking to book their wedding - the poor customer service overshadowed any positive aspects of the space itself.
