We just call it 1010 WESt. Step through the old metal gates and you'll discover the rustic / industrial, yet warm environment of a space revitalized from a turn of the century airplane hangar. Speakeasies may no longer be illegal, but their hard-to-find entrances gives a sense of exhilaration when walking down a dimly lit alleyway and passing through nondescript gates into a subterranean world of tinkling glasses and spirited history of our hidden hangar.

Stetson, the famed hat maker, the Stetson Mansion is an architectural masterpiece embellished with rich details including 16 different intricate parquet floor patterns and the 10,000 panes of antique window glass. A rooftop venue overlooking the historic Ponce Hall Courtyard and all of downtown St. Augustine – your guests will be blown away by the views! It includes a round window-lined space along with two outdoor terraces that are excellent for cocktail hour and dancing. Seats max 120, however adding indoor space for buffet, etc., we recommend 80-100. For a reception rental on a Saturday, this venue is $10,500 and includes gold chivari chairs and tables. Available Year-Round on select weekends.

We offer two banquet rooms: The Bayview Room is decorated in luxurious style, with crystal chandeliers, and large windows offering panoramic views of the Matanzas Bay and Bridge of Lions. The Sala Menendez Room is located inside the courtyard of the historic Lightner Museum Building and features an elegant and romantic atmosphere with 12’ ceilings and spectacular views of the courtyard's tropical gardens and koi pond. The courtyard is one of the most picturesque settings in St.Augustine and our room will create the perfect backdrop for your event. Our Sala Menendez Room holds up to 60 guests.
