On the fourth floor of Ponce Hall, the Solarium includes a window-lined round room with seating for 80-120 and two outdoor terraces. These views will leave your guests breathless! Available Late Winter and Summer along with select weekends during the academic year.

As a wedding planner, Hannah and her team are a dream to work with. She is very easy to work with and is super accommodating for us, other vendors as well as the couple. She makes sure everything is perfect day of for all. She does not hide anything! When she notices something does not match up she addresses it right away so the wedding day is a breeze. We love having weddings at Flagler College and can’t wait to work with her more and more.

Absolutely! Based on the venue selected and seasonal options, we will arrange a particular lot within walking distance to the reception. Highly coveted in downtown St. Augustine!

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

Set up, clean up, tables & chairs (specific to the venue). Along with On-Site Catering Manager, Event Venue Manager, and Housekeeping. During the summer months, we may include two large dormitory suites for wedding party prep.

A typical reception timeline includes 5 hours of celebration time plus pre/post availability for vendor set up & breakdown. Each venue will have varying vendor set up times.

All private events on Flagler Campus require event insurance. It typically averages $150-185, based on guest count.
