Since opening in 2007 osteria has become one of the country’s most critically acclaimed italian restaurants... earning chef Jeff Michaud the 2010 James Beard Foundation Award of “Best Chef: Mid-Atlantic” for his work helming the kitchen. Using our wood burning grill and custom-made brick oven, our kitchen is focused on seasonal menus prepared using traditional Northern Italian techniques. Enjoy an ever-changing array of fresh hand-made pastas with a perfectly paired glass of wine in a gorgeously lush ambiance that only Osteria can offer. We offer celebration packages that will bring your big day to life. Select a curated dinner package paired beautifully with our award-winning wine selection. Please inquire with us to find out more!

We got married at Osteria July 2024 and it was the most magical experience. Communication with the whole team throughout the whole process was easy, and Fiona offered so much helpful guidance in navigating and planning the day as a bride with no wedding planner/coordinator. Between the food, cocktails, greenhouse, and overall intimate ambiance it was the best decision we could have made to starting our life together, as we now have a place to go for all of our future celebrations.

Cicala at the Divine Lorraine

  • Up to 100 guests
  • All-inclusive
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Offer

Cicala at the Divine Lorraine is a gorgeous fine dining Italian restaurant located in the historic Hotel Divine Lorraine on North Broad Street. Wedding ceremonies can be held on the outdoor patio or in the adjacent lobby of the landmark Divine Lorraine, while dining under the beautiful chandeliers of our main dining room is perfect for a reception, brunch, or rehearsal dinner. For more casual gatherings, cross the lobby to our sister pizzeria, Sorellina, for rehearsal dinners, welcome receptions or showers featuring limoncello spritzes and handcrafted Neapolitan pizza.

Cicala at the Divine Lorraine was the perfect venue for my daughter's wedding day. Their communication throughout the planning process was great - they were always responsive and helpful in answering our questions. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and decor that provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. The food was amazing, and our coordinator, Dawn, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that we felt taken care of the entire day. The food was outstanding! We couldn't have asked for a better wedding experience, and we're so grateful to the entire Cicala team for making our special day so wonderful.

Royal Boucherie

  • Starts at $5,000

Royal Boucherie, Old City’s lively neighborhood bistro, is Philadelphia’s award-winning, hidden gem of a venue. The noted three-bell restaurant from Philadelphia Inquirer’s Craig LaBan boasts a rooftop garden fit for a dreamy ceremony, a second-floor dining space utilized for the reception, curated French-forward food and beverage packages, and much more. The restaurant, located in the heart of Philadelphia’s historic Old City district, serves a French-inspired menu with a focus on house-made charcuterie, raw bar specialties, and classic cocktails. We worked diligently to preserve and enhance the building’s historical charm and integrity. The bi-level space features restored finishes such as original pine flooring dating back to the 1830s, as well as tin ceilings, antique light fixtures, and exposed brick walls. Please submit a formal event request through our website.

Royal Boucherie was the perfect venue for our small, intimate wedding ceremony and reception. Samantha, the events manager, was so kind and responsive through the whole planning process, helping us to customize our events schedule, drink, and menu options to get exactly what we wanted. The garden patio is such a beautiful ceremony location and the upstairs parlour room was perfect for a cozy, romantic cocktail hour and dinner. The staff were so kind and courteous through the entire event and the food was incredible! We loved having our wedding at Royal Boucherie!

FringeArts

5.0

Philadelphia, PA
  • Up to 200 guests
  • Select services
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $19,500

FringeArts is a unique venue in Old City with two versatile spaces that can be rented separately or together, based on the couple’s vision. Most often the spaces are rented together. Our restaurant can seat 80 or host a standing cocktail reception for 150. FringeArts can accommodate up to 200 guests for a seated dinner in their space. The two spaces are separated by a moveable air wall. We can host a ceremony and cocktail hour in the restaurant and in Haas Biergarten right outside, and then open the wall to reveal a dining room space in the FringeArts theater. After dinner, head back out to the main bar and hit up the dance floor, or head outside to Haas Biergarten. Outside we have a bar that is operational May-October, lawn games, fire pits, and a great view of the Ben Franklin Bridge!

My husband and I hosted our summer wedding with La Peg at Fringe Arts last summer and it could not have been a more perfect day and the best planning and execution experience, from start to finish. We were an out of town couple planning our wedding here, as we moved from Philly to DC, so communication was really important throughout the process, and everyone we worked with made sure to keep communication open and frequent. We loved how unique La Peg’s atmosphere was for our black & white, modern, elegant black tie wedding. The exposed brick, high vaulted ceilings, and industrial, urban elements juxtaposed perfectly against pure white floral clouds hanging in their theatre space, with dark linens. Everything I had envisioned in my mind came to life perfectly in this space. The first reason we wanted to have our wedding here was because when we lived in Philadelphia, we loved dining here and their food was always incredible. It was even better on our wedding night. We had the best experience hand selecting our menu, having a lot of flexibility and our guests were wowed with the options we selected, along with a bar that was fully stocked and no glass was ever empty. A year later and guests are still raving about how unique our venue was, how incredible the food and drink was, and how seamless the staff made the entire experience. My husband and I say the same. I would do it all over again with them. The absolute best night of our lives. Thank you to everyone at La Peg at Fringe Arts for making our wedding so perfect and memorable!

Manayunk Brewing Company

5.0

Philadelphia, PA
  • Up to 170 guests
  • Select services
  • Indoor & outdoor
  • Starts at $16,000

Mr. Renner made the decision to keep the original industrial scale for weighing wool, which you can still see inside our front foyer. Our first batch of Manayunk Brewing Company beer was tapped on October 17, 1996. Since then, we have brewed more than 600 different varieties of beers, and have been selling these sought-after styles all around Philadelphia and New Jersey. Our brewers continue to explore new takes on classic styles, especially when it comes to sour ales and India Pale Ales. You will no doubt see our delivery truck bringing goods to happy customers throughout the Philadelphia region! Mr. Renner’s daughter took over the building in 2004 and runs the restaurant and brewery along with her business partner Mike Rose. Since then, they have expanded the restaurant by installing a stone pizza oven and sushi bar, as well as a chic banquet space for weddings and meetings. We’ve also begun to offer kayak tours along the adjacent Schuylkill River during the warm months.

We had our wedding here on 9/29/23 and our wedding day was completely stress free and everything was perfect! Deyna and Paris went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process and helped us with anything we needed along the way. The food was delicious and our guests came up to us multiple times throughout the night to let us know. The signature cocktails we selected also tasted great and the service was top notch. It rained on our wedding day so we did not get to use the deck but the space held all of our 110 guests just fine. We did get to do our first look and pictures outside and the scenery is perfect for wedding photos. Highly recommend Manayunk Brewing Company for your wedding! - Michael & Jordan.
