Cicala at the Divine Lorraine is a gorgeous fine dining Italian restaurant located in the historic Hotel Divine Lorraine on North Broad Street. Wedding ceremonies can be held on the outdoor patio or in the adjacent lobby of the landmark Divine Lorraine, while dining under the beautiful chandeliers of our main dining room is perfect for a reception, brunch, or rehearsal dinner. For more casual gatherings, cross the lobby to our sister pizzeria, Sorellina, for rehearsal dinners, welcome receptions or showers featuring limoncello spritzes and handcrafted Neapolitan pizza.

Fine dining under the golden chandeliers in the historic Divine Lorraine.

Host your next event under the sparkling chandeliers of our main dining room, which can accommodate up to 100 guests for a seated event or 150 for a standing reception. This versatile space can be transformed for almost any layout, including for a wedding ceremony. A buyout of the space includes our main bar and lounge area featuring a historic wooden bar complete with premium Italian and local spirits.

Cicala at the Divine Lorraine was the perfect venue for my daughter's wedding day. Their communication throughout the planning process was great - they were always responsive and helpful in answering our questions. The venue itself is absolutely stunning, with beautiful architecture and decor that provided the perfect backdrop for our celebration. The food was amazing, and our coordinator, Dawn, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly and that we felt taken care of the entire day. The food was outstanding! We couldn't have asked for a better wedding experience, and we're so grateful to the entire Cicala team for making our special day so wonderful.

Yes, all our facilities are wheelchair accessible.

We ask for a 25% deposit of the food and beverage minimum and a signed contract in order to secure the space. A final deposit equal to 50% of the food and beverage minimum will be due 45 days before the event.

Absolutely! We are open to host any type of event, not just wedding receptions, and all of our spaces are available for these events.

Yes! This is our specialty. We host events of all sizes, including events of 20 or less.

We unfortunately do not currently offer wedding cakes in-house. You are welcome to bring one from any bakery that you like as long as it is made in a commercial kitchen. There is a $5 per person plating fee unless you also add some Cicala desserts to your celebration, in which case we will waive the fee.

No. Feel free to hire any florist, designer, DJ or live music vendor that you'd like. If you need recommendations, don't hesitate to reach out!

All bookings include access to the space two hours prior to the event for set up and one hour after the event for clean up. Daytime events must start and end between 11:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Evening events must start and end between 5:00 p.m. and 11:00 p.m. There will be an additional fee of $250/half hour for events starting or ending outside of these windows.

We do! We have two wireless mics that can be used with our built-in AV system. You are also welcome to play your own Spotify playlist through our AV system.

We have round and rectangular tables and seating for up to 65 with our stuffed gray chairs for seated brunch and dinners. Seating for groups larger than 65 will need to be rented for an additional cost. For standing receptions, we have 4 high top cocktail tables in-house available for a rental fee of $35/table and are happy to remove existing furniture. Storage and labor fees may apply. For decor, we will provide white linens and votive candles.

We do! You are welcome to use any rental company you'd like, and we'd be happy to assist with coordination of necessary rentals. Storage/labor fees may apply.

We do! We can set up a ceremony in our Dining Room or on our adjacent outdoor Patio for no additional charge. Ceremonies can also be held in the historic Hotel Lobby of the Divine Lorraine for a rental fee of $1000/hour (including an additional 30 minutes on each end for set up and break down).
