“Skip is absolutely fantastic. We had a relatively smaller and older crowd at our wedding (56 people) and there were plenty of people on the dance floor all night! He was great at keeping the energy up and reading the room to choose songs that people would enjoy, and he did some really fun mixes/transitions to keep recognizable songs interesting. We are nerdy people who mostly listen to podcasts, so we left the music entirely in his hands, and are thrilled with how well it worked out. He also nailed the timing for our processional, recessional, and first dance songs (we wanted them to start/end in specific places) and was really great about communicating what was going on to guests, which helped the evening run very smoothly. The dance floor lights were great and really made it feel like a party—definitely worth it to add on. Skip also was very efficient with setup and takedown, which was great given the limited window we had for setup at our venue. Communication leading up to the wedding was very clear and quick, and he was really fun and easy to work with. We highly recommend Skip for your wedding or other special event!”

“John is a phenomenal DJ and all around person, we were lucky enough to find him just a few months prior to our wedding date after a venue change and honestly are so happy we had to find him! During the weeks leading up to our wedding he invited us to his home and taught my husband and I dance lessons so we looked like we knew what we were doing for our first dance, and we got so many compliments on it. He also was great on suggesting how the flow of the music should be for the processional songs all the way to the end of the reception. We had horrible rain right before the ceremony and John was quick to help my mom fix everything! At our wedding, we had some hiccups with the food not being ready after the ceremony, so John quickly stepped in and found other activities to do while we waited for food to be ready. Guests assumed this was planned, which was great. His wife joined him for the wedding and helped out tremendously by keeping the dance floor dry from all the rain we had and just being an extra set of hands for everything which we loved. At the end of the night John had asked if we were okay with a certain song he wanted to play that he thought our friends would love, and we are still getting told how fun that was to end the night. If you’re looking for a DJ who truly pours his heart and soul into making your day as special as you want it to be, look no further. This is your guy. “We had a Latino and Indian fusion wedding and our guests were so happy with the music. We were initially worried about how we would fuse both of our cultures and how we would keep both sides of the family entertained and on the dance floor but Rafael and Richard did an amazing job! As a die-hard music lover (and an unapologetically picky one), finding a DJ who would actually listen to what my husband and I wanted for our wedding felt like a challenge.
