My name is Josh, aka DJ Wffls, and I am a passionate musician & wedding DJ with over 10 years of experience soundtracking unforgettable moments. I love music deeply and I know just how important quality curation is for creating & maintaining a mood that is both romantic & fun. In addition to my work as a wedding DJ, I am also a record producer, drummer & DJ for some of the Seattle/Tacoma area's most celebrated hip-hop and R&B artists. My comprehensive musicality informs the exceptional level of quality & attention to detail that I bring to every wedding I DJ.

    DJ Wffls was an absolute pleasure to work with for our wedding. From our first interaction, he was genuinely curious about our vision for the day and we could tell how knowledgeable he was not only with music genres and styles, but with the ebbs and flows of a wedding reception. His creative approach, timely execution, and smooth coordination kept the energy high and the dance floor packed all night long. We had the ceremony and reception in two different areas at our wedding venue, and he was able to move his equipment between the two locations, and resume the soundtrack to our party without skipping a beat. He interacted with our photographers and videographers, to help line up certain moments we wanted to remember forever. He even DJ’d our photographer’s daughter’s wedding the following year. DJ Wffls truly helped make our special day unforgettable. So much so, that my grandma asked to have him DJ her 80th birthday party lol

    Hiring Josh was a no-brainer. As a die-hard music lover (and an unapologetically picky one), finding a DJ who would actually listen to what my husband and I wanted for our wedding felt like a challenge. I gave him a very specific "do not play" list and a handful of "must plays," and not only did he execute it flawlessly—he live mixed and multiple times I found myself running up to him screaming YES, YESSSS. I may or may not have threatened, "If you play the Cha Cha Slide, you're fired," and he took it very seriously. All jokes aside, we danced til 3 am, and he worked within our budget to create an elevated audio experience that we and our guests absolutely loved. My only regret? That he can't DJ my entire life so I'd actually be motivated to do my chores.

    Let's cut to the chase: Wffls is an incredible DJ and SO wonderful to work with. First things first: He’s a real DJ who's dedicated to the craft, who's passionate about music, who reads the energy of the room, and who curates songs to make sure the dance floor stays packed. My wife and I hired him immediately after seeing him DJ a friend’s wedding, and our wedding reception was no different: everyone loved the music, and his role as MC ensured our reception ran without any hiccups. DJ expertise aside, Wffls is so easy and gracious to work with, which is frankly just as important when planning a wedding. He’s professional, communicative, and knows how to go with the flow of the day. Working and coordinating with him was a breeze as we planned for the big day, and we would not hesitate to re-book him for any future DJ needs! Wffls stands alone as the best DJ around!

    My wife and I hired DJ Wffls for our wedding back in May 2023. Not only was he the easier vendor to work with but he also provided us with the best variety of music. He was well prepared and arrived early to set up. He was able to accommodate any requests from our guest while still playing the music we wanted both on vinyl and MP3. DJ Wffls made our wedding day run smooth without any issues arising from the sound equipment. He was very professional, and I would hire him 10/10 times. Unfortunately, we only plan on getting married once.
