Franklin Farms is a family-owned farm nestled near New Washington, IN. It is owned by Peg & Greg Hostettler who grew up in the small town and have found their way back from Franklin, TN. The Hostettler’s vision for the farm is to create an event space that magnifies your dream wedding, corporate retreat or family event. The farm itself encompasses the meaning of family. It is ran by Peg, Greg, and their three sons, Logan, Lincoln & Lane — amongst many other family members.

Welcome to Land O' Goshen Farm Event Center! A spacious 6700 sq. ft. under the roof, 8300 sq. ft. w the deck. Located on the historic 375 acre Belknap Farm in Goshen, Kentucky; the farm has been in the family for over a century. Inside is a polished concrete floor in the main hall, men/women's restroom, and bridal room, ten 10' x 4' giant slab and live edge tables, two 12' x 4' Banquet tables, 100 Black resin wood chairs, 6' rolling maple bar, and Wi-Fi/cable included w two flat screens. A White Birch wedding arch is also provided. Inside capacity of 200, restrooms were built for 400. There are four 60" windmill fans located in the main hall lower section to keep everyone cool. HVAC services provided to the five enclosed rooms: bridal/groom, men/women restroom and Prep Room. Handicap parking out front, 60 car parking lot close by. White Diamond Lavender Farms is a 10 acre lavender farm situated in the heart of the midwest just outside of the surprising little town of Hope, IN.​ We are a seasonal U-Pick lavender farm and event venue. Our property boasts a 7600 square foot barn. Our barn is newly remodeled with a 460 square foot wrap around front porch up-cycled from century old barn beams from Salem, IN. Our venue space inside the barn is home to our White Diamond Chandelier that has 8000 crystals. It is adorned with thousands of twinkle lights, and draped with lightweight gossamer fabric.

Our expansive property, over 1,000 acres of hills and valleys in beautiful Brown County, offers several unique locations for your bachelor or bachelorette party, rehearsal dinner, wedding, wedding reception, and post-wedding adventures. With the rental, you have the use of the interior and exterior space, as well as tables and chairs to accommodate up to 120 guests. We have many optional add-ons including our 2 bedroom loft, additional table and chair rentals, bar services, set up and clean up, and more!

Built in 1879 our tobacco barn is the perfect venue for you beautiful rustic wedding. The Guthrie Mansion is situated next to the wedding barn and the exterior can be used for one of several ceremony locations. There is a bridal room and cabin rentals available for bride and guests. There are 2 floors in the wedding barn, a bar, prep kitchen area and dance floor as well as a beautiful large deck overlooking 125 acres of beautiful property.

We host small to medium sized weddings of 108 people or less, but can accommodate more in our vast lawn. The bride and ladies get a 2 story tiny house to prepare for the day while the fellas have a room attached to the barn.
