Hi! I am Nola Lee, owner and floral designer of Petri's Floral in Bellevue, KY. I am a fine artist and illustrator by trade with a passion for all things botanical. For 7 years I have been creating wedding and event floral visions with a focus on making weddings more balanced through sustainable practices and supporting local farmers here in the Northern Kentucky and Southern Ohio area.

While learning the art of floral design at a local Cincinnati florist many years ago, I quickly realized how much I enjoyed working on wedding florals! I love the fact that there's nothing but happiness and joy on wedding days. So, for several years, I learned and appreciated different techniques taught to me by my co-workers. As a mom of two though, the time came for me to work from home to accommodate my kids schedules. Fortunately, I was blessed with a few people who gave me a chance on their weddings, and after a few things were figured out, A Little Bit of Green by Lisa was created!

Specializing in wedding and event flowers, fresh from the garden blooms, hand crafted arrangements and seasonal creations. Every person has innate interests and passions, and I recognized from a very young age that creating beauty in my surroundings was something that I wanted to be a part of my life forever. Shortly after I learned to write, I could be found embellishing my letters with little hand-sketched swirls and flowers. Making flower crowns from dandelions I found outside was a staple pastime of my childhood. This inner drive to create has evolved as I grew older and when I was first introduced into the world of floral design in 2016, I quickly realized that I wanted flower arranging to be a part of my life in some way from then on.
