I was addicted to capturing real and raw moments for families to have and relive over and over. I actually was nervous for weddings, which is why I didn't start doing them. One thing led to another and as people started asking me if I WOULD shoot their wedding, I decided to give it a try. Fast-forward to dozens and dozens of weddings later and I am obsessed!! I grew up in Omaha, Nebraska surrounded by weddings and events. My family owns an event venue there still. I took a detour and played professional golf for a number of years before A. I have been playing the violin for 20 years. I have both my undergraduate and master degrees in violin performance. I earned an assistantship in graduate school and was part of the Graduate string quartet, regularly performing in museums, weddings, concerts, and more. I have played concerts in Italy, Slovenia, France, and the U.S. Now, I teach orchestra and play weddings and events full time. I love to share my music with people and to put smiles on their faces.
