I've hosted two all day workshops at Oddfellow's Hall, and I will definitely use the space again. It's stunning, historic, right in town, and right over the water. Folks on Orcas tend to be low stress and easy to work with, and the Oddfellows Hall crew is no exception. It's a large space with an easy to plug into sound system and versatile lighting. There's ample street parking, and it's a 1-2 minute walk from the heart of Eastsound. There's a little used public dock and beach a 30 second walk down the road. There's also a commercial kitchen downstairs you can rent and use. I've had only wonderful experiences with this venue, as a two time renter and as a guest at many events!

We absolutely loved working with Roche Harbor. It’s a place that is very close to our hearts and our experience working the wedding team made it even more so. They were so helpful through the planning process - we did not hire an outside planner and definitely do not feel like we needed to. (We had a few extra timelines/planning checklists for our own purposes, though.) They made our wedding a magical day. Absolutely recommend!!

Chuckanut Bay Distillery was an absolute pleasure to work with for our rehearsal dinner! From the very first interaction, their communication was quick, professional, and incredibly friendly and informative. They provided us with so many fun, flexible options for how we wanted to handle the drinks and food for our rehearsal dinner. The buffet options they offered were delicious, and we loved that dessert was included in the price. The staff went above and beyond to make our rehearsal dinner a blast, and were so attentive to making sure everything went smoothly. The food and drinks were all fantastic - we received so many compliments from our guests on how tasty everything was. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with beautiful, modern rooms that wowed our guests. The Mountaineering Club on the top floor was the ideal space for our rehearsal dinner. The outdoor space and views of Seattle were one of a kind. Our guests raved about the delicious food. The central location right off campus put everyone close to all the wedding activities too. We highly recommend The Graduate Seattle - they made our wedding weekend smooth and special through their fantastic communication, event space and lodging.

We were married at MUCC in August of last year and it was perfect! The church space itself is lovely and looks wonderful in our photos. The sanctuary is especially beautiful with lovely stained glass windows. They also had plenty of space in another area of the church so that we could host our reception there as well. This was really helpful since we had many out of town guests who are unfamiliar with driving in the Seattle area. Beyond that, pastor Marci was really wonderful and met with us before the ceremony to talk about what we wanted. We felt really fortunate to find her, but I believe you can also have your own officiant which is not something many churches allow you to do. We also used their pianist for the ceremony music and he did a fantastic job. Overall everything was very easy and convenient, allowing us to just focus on the day. They are also a wonderful church that contributes to the community, definitely appreciate these folks!

We loved working with the team at HGI Redmond for our wedding welcome party and farewell brunch. April was incredible to work with from day one - she helped us organize two events in two different spaces that both exceeded our expectations in every way. The welcome party was in the HGI's banquet event space, which is an indoor/outdoor space that includes a patio with fireplaces and heaters. We used the indoor space for dinner, and the outdoor space for drinks and pictures. The patio was the star of the show since it was a nice summer evening. They also have an AV setup for you to play music, a projector for slideshows, and microphones for speeches. Elliott, the event manager, did an incredible job wrangling all of the event needs and making sure everything ran smoothly, and some of the event staff even helped us iron the table linens and bring our floral centerpieces back up to our hotel room after the event. The farewell brunch was in the downstairs library area, which was such a cute and cozy space for our guests to say goodbye in. Both events had excellent food - the HGI's in-house catering was amazing, they were able to accommodate guests with dietary restrictions (vegan, gluten free), and were extremely flexible in handling all our requests and needs. Overall, the staff, food, and event spaces were all amazing and we're so glad we went with HGI Redmond for our wedding events!

We hosted our 120 person wedding at the W and it was the best decision ever! I don’t even know where to begin! Our coordinator, Ciara, was amazing to work with. The food was delicious and we got so many comments from our guests. We hosted the ceremony and reception here, and the ballroom is gorgeous. The up lighting was perfect, and staff was so professional. Our family and friends stayed at the W for a few nights, and they had nothing but great things to say.
