Chef Gussin went on to work in the kitchens of James Beard Award & Michelin Star chefs. Chef Gussin’s resume includes heading up some of LA's hottest restaurants as their Executive Chef including: STK, Fig & Olive, Akasha and Cleo -- not to mention our dedicated sushi chef studied under chef Katsuya.
