Owner & Culinary Director
Food is our love language. We have been doing this for a long time, and believe in the power of food to bring people together. Quality, craft, beautiful, delicious food is our goal every time. We work with incredible partners who provide us with top tier produce, seafood, beef, chicken, eggs and dairy. These intentional choices contribute to the menus we create and the dishes we deliver.
Our focus is fresh, local, seasonal cuisine that reflects your favourite culinary options. We love what we do, and want your guests to be dazzled by the menu we’ve curated for your event. Whether you’re hosting an intimate dinner for your closets people, or planning the wedding of the year, we work to create a menu that truly meets the moment.

These two are avid travelers, and have spent a great deal of time in Italy. Kaitlyn also spent a year abroad after undergrad, studying art in Florence. We married their love for Italy with Mediterranean flair and a few French twists!

Yes, we charge a standard fee for delivery for any order that isn’t being staffed. Additional fees may apply to deliveries depending on the destination.
Yes, our event minimum is $5000 for weddings.
Yes, we offer tastings for you and a guest for a small fee. If you sign a contract with us beforehand, we can waive this fee.
We recommend meeting 2 more times after your tasting. One meeting will focus on finalizing menus and headcount. One to go over final venue and wedding logistics. These meetings may be in person, and may be virtual, depending on our calendar.
We are a full service event firm. We will take you on a walk-through of available rentals and work with you to find options that meet your vision & criteria.
We recommend at least 9 months in advance, but most of our clients average 12-18 months in advance.
We work throughout Southern California, as well as a variety of destinations. Our interest is rooted in the client and the vision for the event; we are happy to travel just about anywhere to execute an unforgettable event!
We can provide individual Kosher or Halal meals and customize fully vegetarian or vegan menus.
We are happy to cut your cake, with the understanding that we did not bake it and have no control over the constitution of the cake. We aren’t responsible for cakes that crumble, deconstruct quickly or appear messy upon cutting.
