As a caterer, this venue is a favorite of ours! It is easy to find and get to, beautiful, and the staff is always great to work with. Our team is also in Hillsboro, so it is close to our location which makes catering there great! The have tables and chairs onsite, as well as a prep kitchen, which is convenient for the client and vendors. The space is very adaptable as well -- I've seen weddings held here, memorials, cocktail parties and more. Including my own highschool prom! 110% recommend checking out this venue, if you are looking for a Hillsboro event space with beautiful architecture.

We had our wedding here and, let me tell you, if you're looking for a fun, affordable wedding, here is your place! Everyone was ecstatic about the food options, we didn't have to choose for everyone. Zesti has a package where you can buy gift cards in bulk and guests can get their dinner from any of the carts! We had the option between close to the bar or the greenhouse, we chose the greenhouse. It was BEAUTIFUL. Nestled right next to the cutest plant shop, we were in tropical plant heaven. It was so nice to have so many amenities in one place. Other venues required us to pick so many different vendors. Here, the bar and dinner was already covered. Thank you, Zesti for a wonderful special day!

We were overly impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism from the staff. Our wedding reception went so smoothly and as the bride I felt so confident that if anything was going to go wrong the staff would handle it. We were told from multiple guests, and agree, the food was delicious and the best wedding food people had ever had. I highly recommend as a venue and am so happy we were able to find it for our venue 6/30/2022.

Ecotrust was wonderful to work with while planning a wedding during COVID. We were worried things were not going to be how we wanted them, but they ended up being even better! The Ecotrust team was so flexible and generous during the uncertain times and made the process easy for us. My husband and I got married at the Portland Yacht Club last month and we were thrilled with our choice of venue. The staff were friendly, responsive, and was a pleasure to work with throughout the planning process. They communicated promptly about details and last minute changes, which we really appreciated during such a hectic time. The location right on the water was beautiful and made for a romantic backdrop. Our guests raved about the delicious meal and many said it was one of the best wedding dinners they had enjoyed. The space itself was elegant yet comfortable, with large windows to showcase the views and a great dance floor. We felt it all came together seamlessly on our big day thanks to Asia, the Events and Sales Manager and her attention to detail. Hiring Easton Broad was hands down the best decision we made for our destination wedding! Planning a wedding from another state is no easy fete, but Kelly helped us with so much, we never had to worry about details being missed. We only ever saw the venue twice- first when we toured it and fell in love, and not again until our wedding day, when we fell in love all over again! And the time between, Kelly was so quick to answer all of our questions (and there were tons!); we'd get responses within an hour and sometimes even in the middle of the night. It's very clear that she's passionate about what she does, and has been doing this for a long time. We are so fortunate to have found Easton Broad and it will hold a very special place in our hearts for the rest of our lives. My new wife Brandi and I LOVED Union Pine! It was a beautiful venue, and it had all the amenities we needed for the big day. Jess the venue manager was a pleasure to work with. We did the weekend package option for the venue and had the venue from Friday till Sunday. This was perfect for us because it allowed us to do the wedding rehearsal dinner at the same venue as the wedding. This helped us out a lot because we were planning this wedding from out of state. We visited a few venues in Portland, and this was by far the most breathtaking! Our out of state guests loved visiting Portland and enjoyed the venue's location to everything downtown.

From the moment we toured this place all the way to our big day, The Melody Event Center was wonderful to work with. The staff was extremely kind, helpful and professional during each planning meeting and always had great ideas to make our vision come to life. Communication with all the staff was excellent. The Classic Restored building made our day feel elegant and timeless. The food was AMAZING and the chef was supper accommodating to our requests. We absolutely loved that they provide everything in house from table and linens all the way to food and decorations. This made planning so much easier since we did not have to source out multiple vendors. Totally recommend this venue for any wedding!

Our wedding took place 11/20/2021. When we toured this venue in March of 2020 we immediately felt like this was the perfect place! If you’re on the fence about an all inclusive venue my suggestion is to say yes. It is sooooo worth your money to have someone else set up, clean up, serve, bartend, decorate, etc. The staff was working constantly throughout the evening and making sure people were taken care of. Kylan, the owner, deserves a special shout out because she really does make this day your dream come true. We have been in communication with her over the last year and a half. She gave me her personal number from the beginning and she was easy to get ahold of via text/phone call whenever we had questions come up. She loves her job and it shows. I came in the day of our wedding with some extra decorations and all our desserts and she immediately took over and I trusted that she would make everything perfect, which she did! (She even decorated our cake) Kylan was always making sure my husband and I were taken care of throughout the night and we couldn’t be more appreciative of her guidance, professionalism, and fun personality! If you’re lucky her and her friend will also jump on the dance floor ;) Overall, we had so many compliments on the food and the venue as a whole. Thank you Kylan and staff for everything. It was exactly what we envisioned!

We had our dream wedding at Saint Irene's! We planned an intimate (65 guests) wedding and DIY'd many aspects of it, and Saint Irene's was the perfect partner in wedding planning. Ella, the events coordinator, was so helpful and responsive, and guided us through a lot of the process. The space itself is beautiful (the only decoration we brought for the ceremony was an arch we built ourselves with faux greenery, and guests kept commenting on how stunning the place was). The ceremony space was transformed into the dinner space and there was plenty of room for dancing in the bar area. Also, we had a taco bar and the food was phenomenal. Could not recommend this venue highly enough!

First, if you have not stayed at the Allison Inn and Spa, that is a must! Second, if you are engaged you need to have your wedding here! My daughter's wedding was held here in August of 2024. The grounds and layout at the Allison are spectacular and perfect for a wedding. We had the ceremony in the lower Meadow Garden which was perfectly shaded as it was a sunny hot day. Then we had the cocktail hour on the lawn, followed by dinner and dancing in the ballroom. Truly the best venue!!! But most importantly it was the staff at the Allison. EVERYONE was so incredibly nice and kind. From Kameron, manager of wedding and social events, all the valets, chef, bartenders, waitstaff, and so many more that I met over the 4 days were constantly helpful, kind, and professional. The food was delicious and very well presented!! The specialty cocktails were such a hit and made to perfection. The desserts and baked goods were delicious. Kameron was such a delight to work with. She was extremely responsive to all our emails. She had many other events happening before and after our event but she always made us feel like we were so important. Kameron was always cheerful and pleasant to work with. Looking forward to going back to stay as guest again soon. This time, no wedding, just rest and relaxation!

Archer Vineyard has three event spaces to choose from: Our vineyard tasting room and winery in Newberg, tasting room in Dundee, and clubhouse at Dundee Hills Resort. All three venues offer options for weddings of all sizes - from micro-weddings to weddings in the winery for 150 guests. The Vineyard Tasting Room and Winery in Newberg is located beside our 6.5 acre vineyard and boasts beautiful vineyard, valley and mountain views. You may use the tasting room, patio and deck for events up to 75 guests or add the winery to your rental and host up to 150 guests. Our Dundee Tasting Room was opened in 2023 and features an open, modern space for ceremonies and receptions as well as a lower level bar for more intimate gatherings. There are three patios too where you can enjoy vineyard views. The Clubhouse at Dundee Hills Resort offers vineyard views from its banquet hall and patios. Accommodations are also available as we have private cottages, Airstreams and RV spaces available for rent.

Nestled in the trees on Parrett Mountain, our wine tasting room is a cozy, inviting lodge-style experience. Drink wine by the fire or sit outside for a fantastic view of Mt. St. Helens between the trees. Construction of the building incorporated Cedar, Fir, and Maple harvested from our property. This wood was used for the siding, along with the 3 bars: Cedar, Fir and Maple live edge slabs. At the center of the building stands the top of the Cedar tree, standing 28 feet tall. Specializing in Big Bold Reds, we also have some award-winning Pinot Noir and white wines as well as local beer on tap. Our tasting room is a versatile space for hosting many events: private tastings, meetings, birthdays, small casual weddings, and more. Events must be catered. We have preferred caterers but will consider outside caterers as requested. We can seat 64-70 people inside and on the patio, but allow a maximum of 85 guests per event. We have 45 parking spots and 2 Tesla Charging stations.

My partner and I looked at a couple of wedding venues in the first stages of planning, and once we visited the Aerie we knew immediately it was the right fit. We rented The Cave - their smaller outdoor venue - and it fit our vision for the day perfectly. It felt rustic and secluded without having to drive an hour outside of Portland, and it was simply gorgeous. Natasha who we worked with for the year in the lead up was phenomenal - we felt listened to and taken care of with her. We're so happy to have had our special day at the Aerie!!

Our wedding in Abigail’s Garden was such a wonderful experience. The staff, the food, and the grounds were all fantastic. The weekend rate was out of our budget but we were able to cut the cost in half by booking a Thursday. The only downside to the venue was that we weren’t able to have a true rehearsal until the day of, and we weren’t able to access the venue until 3:30pm without paying more. I would do it all over again if I could!

The Arc Light venue was the perfect backdrop for our special day. Communication with their team was always timely and easy, especially with our coordinator Rachel who made sure everything flowed seamlessly. The space is absolutely gorgeous with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the city, and the value cannot be beat. Their meticulous attention to detail and organization meant our wedding day went off without a hitch. From the delicious food to the beautiful ambiance needing little decoration, the Arc Light venue contributed so much warmth, beauty and joy. We cannot recommend the Arc Light highly enough for your wedding or special event, as their professional yet bubbly team, especially Rachel, will make sure your day is everything you dreamed of and more.

The best location ever! Beautiful venue. I think I knew it was the one the first time I visited and we looked at 3 other venues. EVERYTHING went as smooth on the wedding day. The ceremony (which is the most important to me) and everything else went the way I wanted it to so I was very happy about that. I thought it was perfect! I cannot recommend Redland Farms enough! My high school sweetheart and I got married there and it was THE best experience. Every detail of the property is so high end and elevated. They made all my dreams come true! The staff was incredible, and the property is truly a slice of heaven. We loved getting married under the beautiful oak tree! The white barn was the perfect backdrop for our wedding photos! The bridal suite was the perfect space for me and all my girls to get ready. The fire pits were perfect in setting the romantic vibe! They have twinkle lights hanging everywhere which made it feel so special. The farm will always hold a special place in my heart and we enjoy going back at Christmas time when they open for Christmas trees and reminiscing on our special day there. 10/10 would recommend to any couple! You will NOT be disappointed!

Lavender Owl Farm is one of my favorite wedding venues to work with. The staff are always sweet, attentive, and professional. They are eager to please and are always looking for ways to improve the experience for their couples. The beautiful grounds are huge and feature various trees. It provides rustic yet elegant backdrops, and the different spaces around the property create a great flow for the wedding day events. As a photographer, I love the different textures and colors the variety of trees offers, especially in the fall when the foliage is stunning. I also love the free-roaming chickens and their occasional surprise entrance during the ceremony or reception! The staff is always present and available, ready to assist and ensure everything runs smoothly. They are also well-connected in the industry and have great resources to make the day special.
