They are prompt, knowledgeable and beyond helpful. We got married on the lakeside & had our reception by the Gazebo. The venue is breathtaking. The service is spectacular. My guests said it was the best wedding food they have every had. The bartenders made amazing drinks and people rarely had to wait. The venue itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and huge - they have their own storeroom of decorations we could use, set up all the decorations for us, and even allowed us to rent additional conference rooms for our rehearsal dinner. They took care of everything from our hotel block to the ceremony and reception, and John and Chae made the entire process so easy that I had nothing to stress about on the day of the wedding.
