The Dollhouse Tearoom is a smaller, intimate upscale garden-themed tearoom. Full of whimsical decor and antique furniture, you can contract us to serve traditional afternoon English-style tea service or bring your own caterer. We're best suited for bridal showers and other events rather than full wedding ceremonies.

We have a wedding venue located on our 100-acre property in a 150 year old pecan grove overlooking the San Marcos River. You'll have the option to reserve our seven luxury safari tents and cabin for your wedding weekend, allowing you to provide lodging to your guests. You may also reserve additional pop-up tents if you would like to accommodate additional guests.

The Venue on Church Street is a new event facility in the heart of charming, downtown Cuero, Texas. South Texas-meets-New Orleans-style décor will wow your guests. The Venue is available for occasions big or small, weddings, reunions, banquets and meetings. There is even an outdoor courtyard to accommodate smaller, more intimate settings.

West River House is an homage to a Vermont covered bridge and houses an art collection to create a museum-like experience with breathtaking views over Lake Dunlap. A dining area under the covered bridge has 25-foot high ceilings and provides a Harry Potter feel with interiors of the bridge designed using original barn wood. Pass to the lake side of the house and there is floor-to-ceiling glass, balconies, patios, and vestiges of Mid-century Modern masterpieces. The venue features four luxurious suites on massive balconies, two kitchens to make any chef jealous and a spectacular sound system in virtually every room. A new 4100 sq ft patio cantilevers over the edge of the lake with a 40’x40’ tent included in the deal for celebrations and dining lakeside. Access to a 100’ dock brings your celebration to the water for boating, kayaking and fishing.

Rockin' R at Riverbank is a great location for a casual event with live music, drinks, food, and river access! The property has two bars, one cliffside and one river-side, and space for yard games and setting up along a stretch of the Guadalupe River.

The Old Mill Weddings & Events Center features architectural treasures such as light grained cathedral wood ceilings and beams, beautiful stained concrete floor, elegant wrought iron staircase, a splendid rustic centerpiece chandelier and of course the Old Mill Wheel, reminiscent of the origins of Gruene Texas. Our 12,000 sq ft facility can host weddings of varying sizes, from intimate gatherings to larger groups up to 350. Built in 1921, the Martindale Schoolhouse is an official Texas Historical Landmark. The feeling of being inside a 100 year-old school building will transport you back in time to experience what a rural school was like over a century ago. The Martindale Schoolhouse is centrally located between Austin and San Antonio and is perfect for weddings, special events, weekend getaways, and outdoor excursions. First, there’s the expansive five-room villa that was once the original school. Carefully curated with art from around the world, the schoolhouse sleeps 14 and has been fully modernized with a large kitchen, multiple seating areas, a great lawn and a covered veranda with an outdoor fireplace. Next, there's the Martindale Social Hall. Texas Rock House is a labor of love. My grandparents built the house and barns in the 1940's as a working farm for their family. My mother was the youngest of seven children that grew up here. I grew up almost across the street with my mom (Joyce), daddy (Buddy), and brother (Larry). Larry and I spent almost every Friday night here - listening to his records on Grandma's old record player or sitting on the back porch swing counting the number of cars on the trains as they passed by. Knolls Crossing is a special event venue located in New Braunfels featuring beautiful Texas oaks in our natural knoll. Perfect for events of 25-200. Two private dressing suites are available. Farmhouse tables and chairs are include with every rental. Our in house decor and service ware is available for use.

Artisan is a distillery and brewery where we make all our distilled spirits on site and brew our beer off site. All our alcohol is made by us and are original creations by our master distillery and our alchemists. All our cocktails are hand-crafted creations that will impress everyone. Artisan is located near the historic downtown area of San Antonio. The entire in-door space is around 3,000 sq. ft. The main bar area (1,500sq ft) is decorated very elegantly with crystal chandeliers and sofas, has a 20 ft bar and can seat 40 people, but can hold comfortably 60 people. We have a second inside space, our Lounge, that can seat 50 people at dining tables and has an 8ft x 16ft stage. In addition to our inside space, we have a large 3,500 sq ft patio that that is 60% covered, is casual and tropical with many plants, has another 8ft x 16ft stage and seats 150 people. The entire space (main bar, Lounge, and patio) can be leased or just the Lounge area - perfect for smaller parties.

LaLa Park's 2-story, cedar lodge has 5 large bedrooms with 6 beds, 3.5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and plenty of charm to spare. It sleeps up to 12 people comfortably with 2 king-sized beds and 4 queen-sized beds. There are also 2 dining areas and 2 living room spaces—one with a wood-burning stove and the other with a stone fireplace. Our sprawling 2-acre main lawn with a large music stage makes for the perfect outdoor event space.
