About this venue
The venue sits on 40 acres, full of mature oaks and beautiful landscaping. The outdoor ceremony site is held under a 400+ year old oak tree, with branches cascading down and seating to accommodate 250 guests. Guests then move seamlessly to our cocktail hour patio and inside for the reception. Our venue boasts 25 foot ceilings, with gorgeous chandeliers to bring a classy touch. The white shiplap walls, large windows & french doors create the perfect lighting for pictures & an elegant ambiance. One of our favorite personal touches is the balcony lounge, featuring a private bar, indoor balcony overlooking the dance floor, and a covered outdoor patio area. Before the wedding, the bridal party and family can enjoy our spacious bridal suite, equipped with 6 vanity spaces, a private full bathroom & plenty of cozy lounge spots. The groom’s room is the perfect man cave, with a built in bar, TV’s, and leather couches - yep, we thought of everything!

Beautiful Venue
My granddaughter’s rehearsal dinner was held here recently. The venue is so beautiful. Emily was so nice and so very helpful. She is great to work with! We really enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces that were available during the event. The oak tree that frames the altar is so majestic and beautiful. I love the crisp white of the inside of the venue.

This venue is such a great find! The ceremony site is gorgeous with a huge oak tree framing the perfect spot to exchange vows. We loved the white interior of the main building with beautiful chandeliers inside for the perfect reception spot. It’s so pretty it could even be a great indoor ceremony location if desired or as a plan B if weather didn’t cooperate. Emily is the owner and manager and we found her to be top notch! She’s so professional, answered all our questions in a timely manner, and made the process fun!! We would highly recommend The Twelve81 for your dream wedding!!

We had a rehearsal dinner here for a family friend and it was absolutely beautiful and was able to host more than enough people. Not only was it beautiful but the owners were so easy to work with. They communicated very well and never forgot a detail! Would recommend them to anyone for all events.
