FM was incredible at walking me through the process and the full service package is worth WAY more than what you pay for it. I felt incredibly prepared for flower arrival from all the phone calls, videos, and paperwork they sent including detailed recipes and schedule for the week. We had some hiccups with Hurricanes and delayed shipping. They called me to initially tell me they would be a day early. Then when they didn’t arrive called again and explained they’d been held up in customs(obviously no ones fault). They then sent out an entire extra box of blooms to be sure we got everything we needed. Flowers were beautiful!!! Spending time with my sisters and family putting them together was truly the most fun wedding prep. “I had the most beautiful bouquet for my City Hall civil ceremony, but no firm plans for the bouquet post-wedding. My florist friend shared Jackie's contact information with me and I contacted her to see if she had the capacity for a last-minute bouquet preservation. Luckily, she had availability and a few hours later, I was taking an impromptu day trip to Cold Spring with my husband. Jackie met us at the station and was so incredibly kind. She gave us a few suggestions of eateries to check out while we were in town. We had a symbolic ceremony a week later and I was so pleased with the service received with my first bouquet, that I asked Jackie to preserve that bouquet as well. Throughout both bouquet preservations, Jackie was very responsive and answered any questions I had. She shared a layout of both bouquets prior to framing and packaged up both frames nicely, with bags, (this is a big deal when you're taking the train) when we returned to Cold Spring for pickup. I'd highly recommend her services to preserve a piece of your special day.”
