The Beacon-Seaside is a spacious venue, which turned 100 years old in 2020. It is located in the heart of downtown Seaside, Oregon, underwent a 5 and a half year transformation. The renovation was completed in 2019. The original floor was preserved, creating warmth and elegance to enhance your special event. You'll be a close walk to the beach, just 4 and a half blocks away. Many hotels, restaurants, and other attractions are near. We offer catering and bar options as well as set up and clean up for additional costs.

Built in 1888 this Queen Anne Victorian home is on the National Register of Historic Places. Eagles Nest Reserve is a family-run vineyard and winery focusing on dry farming, no-till, herbicide-free agriculture to produce un-fined and unfiltered, low intervention wine. ENR’s wines are low in sulfites and aim to express the authentic and rustic representation of its unique geology and microclimate. At approximately 600 ft elevation and the eastern-most area of the Tualatin Hills AVA, the vineyard is planted on wind-blown loess over basalt, and is influenced by catabatic winds funneled through the Columbia Gorge. The 160-acre reserve is a diverse and beautiful landscape of vineyards, wetlands, grazing alpacas, wildlife, and easement-protected forest sanctuaries. Opening to the public in 2006, The Water Oasis was a small wedding venue in the heart of Oregon wine country that hosted limited events each year. In February of 2012, the family made the decision to grow from a small operation to a larger scale, full time Wedding & Event Center. This meant bringing all operations and management back into the family to be 100% family owned and operated! With new management, renewed inspiration and a great deal of PASSION, The Water Oasis had a spectacular Grand Re-Opening year in 2012.

The Brookside is a Friday to Sunday outdoor wedding rental. The 21 acre estate offers 2 homes, 9 bedrooms, 9.5 bathrooms, sleeps 22, a full gourmet catering kitchen, fire pit, multiple outdoor ceremony and receptions spaces, garage bar, bridal suite, and private lake.
