In 1989, it moved to its present site on the Red Rock formations at the entrance of the foothills. They wanted a unique home with Colorado history so they modeled the building after Bent's Fort off the Santé Fe Trail. We are known for our buffalo and game meats as well as our historical mountain ambiance. The Fort features seven different private areas for your reception, depending on your group size.
