The Biltmore Village Inn is a charming hilltop bed & breakfast offering views of the surrounding Blue Ridge Mountains and Swannanoa River Valley. We are the closest bed & breakfast to the historic Biltmore Estate and our property shares many special ties with the Estate beyond just our name. Located in a beautiful Queen Anne home built in 1892, our bed & breakfast was once the home of Samuel Reed, George Vanderbilt’s private attorney. We strive to preserve the unique history of the property while offering each guest the finest in modern luxuries. With its views, unbeatable location, and rich history, the Biltmore Village Inn is truly a hidden gem of Asheville and a the perfect setting for an elopement or intimate wedding.

Hunter House & Gardens is a beautifully restored Colonial Revival farmhouse. Built in 1913, the home is listed on the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Register of Historic Places. The farmhouse estate sits on over 2+ acres of land, with one acre dedicated for parking, offering gracious settings for all types of events from large to small weddings, corporate gatherings, and bridal showers. With plantings of more than 200 trees since purchasing the property in 2017, the owners are committed to preserving the last remaining 2+ acres of what was once a vast 3,200-acre homesite/farmland. The gardens paint a magical setting located in and around the farmhouse estate. The garden offers the perfect place to hold a wedding or gathering in our 3,200 sq foot tent with a seating capacity of 300; tent sides and dance floor are also available.
