Our experience in Red Ridge was amazing!! We had a micro wedding with about 30 guests. Chris and Bethany and their staff are very professional :) we felt very comfortable since day 1, they made sure every single detail was taken care of. They were extremely flexible with many of our changes, they have great ideas and suggestions, we knew they have a lot of experience with weddings since our first conversation. They made sure the WHOLE wedding planning process was smooth and the least stressful possible for us. We HIGHLY recommend Red Ridge for your wedding or any other event. The day of our wedding there was a high possibility of rain, but the staff was ready with a plan B. The place is beautiful, everything was sooo elegant and the staff is great! :)

I hosted a wedding for my son and my new daughter-in-law last weekend. I am in awe of the whole evening. The venue was so beautiful. We had the wedding and reception in the same room. After the wedding, all the guests went out to the bar area for the cocktail hour. The room was magically transformed from a wedding ceremony to a reception within a very short time. The owners, Cathy and Brendan, were so easy to work with. They made us feel comfortable the first time we met. They answered all our questions and were very accommodating. Cathy, Brendan and Kelli, our coordinator, guided us through the whole process, from beginning to end. And the food! We elected to use The Lasagna House, which was fabulous! Their signature lasagna and the chicken fettuccine penne pasta was delicious. Every guest I spoke with enjoyed both the gorgeous venue and the dinner. I could go on and on about this fabulous place, but instead, just go see it for yourselves. They have open houses frequently. You can see the wedding venue and taste the different caterers’ food and cakes. I could not have asked for a better experience at The Heights Villa!

Booking with the Springs Event Venue in Wallisville was a breeze! We were married in January 20th 2024, so of course it was cold outside. They opened the doors 30 min earlier so we could set up, and they checked in with us throughout the day! Beautiful amenities for both bride and groom. They helped make my day magical!! We got married in April here and it was amazing! The venue is beautiful and there is a lot of space. My planner, Madison, was very helpful during the process and would answer any questions I had. Our coordinators Janeen and Jackie were awesome! They helped make the day flow perfectly and if we needed anything they were on top of it! The DJ was great as well and was included in the package. The only compliant I have was that they ran out of food even though less people showed up then in our final guest count. We got the steak option and it was delicious but the portions they gave out were small and they somehow still ran out...

We got married at Le Tesserae on 5/4/24 and it was the most magical night of our lives! Their entire team was so helpful and knowledgeable, and made the venue selection process a no-brainer. We were the first wedding here, and even as it was quite literally being built, we never got super stressed or discouraged, thanks to their professionalism and communication. Courtney and Joe were SO INCREDIBLE to work with! In addition to their amazing staff, Le Tesserae also had everything I was looking for in a venue – beautiful décor, an indoor/outdoor space, a pretty and spacious bridal suite, great food and an amazing view of the city. It truly checked every box. From the moment you step off the elevator and see the chandeliers and mosaic tile, you gasp and are awestruck by the beauty and charm of the venue. After signing our paperwork with the venue, they shared a list of recommended vendors with us, everything from music, dance floors, photography, videography, etc., and I can’t tell you how helpful that ended up being. It’s because of Le Tesserae that we were able to then secure the rest of our Dream Team! We (us and our guests) are still on a high from the magic of our wedding day and night. I would 100% recommend this venue if you’re looking for something new and modern while also being classy and timeless. Everything was perfect!

Their LED ceiling lights are so cool and really set the mood for each portion of your wedding day, since they allow you to have the colors changed throughout your event. It really is a perfect, quiet city location (that actually has on-site parking) for the modern-day classy couple!

The Sunset Coffee Building is located at 1019 Commerce Street, Houston, TX at the intersection of Main Street and Buffalo Bayou next to Allen’s Landing, the “Plymouth Rock” of the City of Houston. Built in 1910, the Sunset Coffee Building was originally a coffee roasting company. In the late 60’s it was home to the Love Street Light Circus, a psychedelic music club featuring many local bands. In 2003, the building was purchased by Buffalo Bayou Partnership (BBP) as part of the organization’s master plan to revitalize Buffalo Bayou. The Sunset Coffee Building offers three rentable spaces for special events. The Rooftop Terrace looks out over the intersection of Buffalo and White Oak Bayous, the original site of the Port of Houston. The Café 1st floor level is an enclosed industrial style space with a balcony overlooking the bayous. The Plaza, located between the building and Commerce Street, is a perfect space for small concerts, festivals and receptions.

I had my wedding in the indoor cafe area on June 14,24. Rebecca was very helpful and always ready to help. She remained available at all time to us and She provided recommendations to help ease the work load when vendor shopping, helped during the event and even after during clean up time. We really enjoyed our wedding celebration at Sunset coffee and the view from the rooftop was a great setting for sunset photos with our photographer. I highly recommend booking for events at this location.
