    Do not look to book any event here. Very unprofessional. Rude customer service. I had scheduled a tour of the venue in advance. My appointment was at 6:30 on a Thursday. At 8:26 the night before my set tour appointment I got a text message saying that they could not host my tour but that I would “be able to tour the venue on your own.” That I would be provided with a code once I arrived to be able to tour this venue myself. I did text back to no reply. I had to call again around three on Thursday, the day of my appointment, to get my follow up questions on how this was supposed to work since I would be by myself and would have questions about the venue. I am planning for my wedding. At any venue I have toured never have I been notified the day before that I would not have a host. Much less THAT I WOULD BE TOURING A FACILITY THAT HAD OTHER PEOPLE ALSO TOURING AT THE SAME TIME. Through the website to bill there are different time appointments and no where did it say that it would be a group tour much less without a host. When I called again they said that they don’t honor appointment time and that this was normal for them. I felt so uncomfortable with having another family there that I just left. I felt so embarrassed. This is supposed to be for my big day and no one was helpful or attentive. Not even to message me back. AGAIN DO NOT BOOK HERE.

    I booked this place a week before my event because things fell through with another location. This location was just what we needed to celebrate or big day with our closest family and friends. It was easy to book, clean, and was in a nice location off the beltway. I give it four stars because there was no kitchen(stove/oven) and instead of having one designated person to work with there was always someone different whenever I had questions. I would def recommend BienVenue for intimate events.
