My husband and I started this bakery in the middle of the pandemic in 2021 with the dream of making products that we're proud of. Since then we are proud to have won the award for best desserts in State College and continue to enjoy it all to this day.

Salt and Light Pastry Co. was founded in early 2018 in the vibrant city of New Orleans by Chef Ruby Shenk. Ruby was a Pastry Chef in the New Orleans restaurant scene for 6 years before starting her own business. From Wedding Cakes to French Macarons, Salt and Light Pastry Co. makes your desserts a highlight of your special day!

We are a small, girl run business with the belief that wedding desserts should not only be beautiful but delicious as well. Every wedding is different, and we love helping couples customize to their visions and ideas.

Sweet Confections Cakes has been in business for more than 29 years. We are proud to have local customers and customers that travel from as far as California, Florida, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Maine, and Virginia to purchase our cakes. We also travel with large cake and have traveled as far as Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Washington DC and West Virginia. The staff at Sweet Confections Cakes has a combined total of more than 30 years experience in Sugar Artistry, Pastry Arts, Baking, and Teaching Cake Decorating. We take great pride in our diverse decorating style and skills.

The “sweets” business is the only business I’ve ever known. I’ve been decorating cakes professionally for over 15 years! I come from a family who loves dessert. We believe that if you eat something savory, it must follow with sweet. I have always found great joy in creating pretty little works of art that (best of all) you could EAT! So when considering my career ambitions, it came naturally that I wanted to pursue my love for serving people with personalized sweets. I believe that flavor is just as important as appearance. I thoroughly enjoy what I do and I believe that if you love what you do, that joy overflows into your work.

I enjoy baking, so when my daughter needed to raise funds for her missions trip we started "baking for a cause." Our baking endeavor to raise support for my daughter's missions trip has blossomed into my passion and a full bakery business! I have found something I really enjoy doing which also allows me to incorporate my creativity. Baking for me is more than just throwing together a few ingredients. For me, it is more about creating a new design or personalizing a product. It's about doing something for someone else! We are located in the Fresh Markets of Hershey-stop by and give our products a taste!

We began as a concession company providing cotton candy at sporting events. In the fall of 2021, we extended our brand by starting our own manufacturing plant. Sweet Buckets was born as an option for customers and businesses to purchase Cotton Candy and Gourmet popcorns direct from our company.

Perfectly Styled & Sweet is a custom cake shop located in NJ. We specialize in wedding and celebration cakes. We have been featured in several publications including the notable Brides Magazine and Munaluchi Bride Magazine. We have also created custom orders for celebrities, such as Marc Anthony and Coco Austin. Our passion for our work has also allowed us the opportunity to appear on such shows as Despierta America. PAMKAKES is a small cake shop with large reputation for great looking and delicious tasting cakes. We opened our doors in January 2007 and have been serving more and more new customers every day. Tiny Bake Shop had its beginnings as a small private venture, Awesome Cupcake. With a brand new stand mixer and a bag of flour, Awesome Cupcake kicked off with its first “drive-by cupcaking” in the spring of 2010, with its owner, Sarah. She began experimenting with different cupcake recipes and delivering the results to unsuspecting friends and family. In 2012, after moving to Williamsport, Sarah and Becky met. Becky, another baking enthusiast and dessert-lover, assisted with new recipes and occasional large dessert orders.

Custom baked goods made to order for all occasions with a small quick bite menu offered through our Cafe. I began this journey in 2015, my daughter who was 11 at the time thought it would be fascinating to have us start a bakery because it was something we could do together. Well, it has been quite a roller coaster and I have learned so much in such little time; every day a new lesson. I would not trade the hard lessons, difficult times, the tears, and the insane amount of dishes for anything in this world because I have done it with my daughter’s encouragement and camaraderie always alongside me.
