I first found a love for baking in middle school after watching The Cake Boss. I figured if he could do it why couldn’t I? After graduating high school in 2012 I immediately attended YTI in Lancaster, PA for Pastry Arts. It was there I was able to study under Susan Notter and her established pastry programs.

After graduating I got a job at a local grocery store as a cake decorator. From there I started doing cakes on the side for my own friends and family and found a love for making homemade cakes, and buttercreams. It was then that I decided to start my own small business and start developing my own clientele. After working with all pre-made cakes and icings I vowed to make everything from scratch in my own business.

Wedding cakes

Description

Start at $3.50 per serving. This price includes simple decorated buttercream cakes, any cake flavors, and filling price already included. Fondant, artificial flowers, elaborate decorations is all additional.

Wedding Cupcakes

Description

Start at $2.00. This price includes any flavor cake and filling, with basic buttercream icing, up to 6 flavors. Fondant decorations, elaborated decorations, or toppers are additional. Cupcake Wrappers (not liners) are also an additional charge at (.25 each)
