This beautiful building was built in the late 1800s as a railroad station to support the loading, unloading, and storage of freight. The leather belt-driven ceiling fans, wooden phone booth, beadboard ceilings and walls, vintage baggage cart, and authentic gas-fired, pot-bellied stoves add to the charming atmosphere of this function hall. The 1790 House is a blank slate venue. We can host up to 200 guests within a tent of your choosing. We work directly with Sperry Tents Seacoast, who can provide a variety of tent options and everything required to put on the event of your dreams. Our venue is a restaurant/brewery that is very open and airy. We have high ceilings and exposed wood beams. Our company was started by 3 Dads.
