You speak with her, and you can hear her smile; you can tell how passionate she is about this work. In that first conversation, she listened to all the varying thoughts I tried to communicate, and she turned them into ideas. I had about five conversations with Yanique where I said, “I think where I’m struggling is - I don’t know what I want.” I thought I did! I said I liked wildflowers! I said I hated roses! But then she’d show me a bouquet, and I’d say, “oh I like that piece,” and she’d say, “okay…so that’s a rose, just a different color rose.” She was so incredibly patient with my naivety, and she walked me through every possible option we could do. I’d show her something on pinterest, and she’d verbalize all the ways we could possibly make it happen, being communicative about how much it would cost, or she would be honest and let me know if it wasn’t possible. “We loved working with Haley for our wedding! She immediately picked up on our vision and shared so many great ideas. We wanted bright and bold fall colors and she absolutely delivered. She respected our budget and offered creative solutions when our ideas were outside of the budget. Haley was flexible when we woke up to pouring rain on the day of the wedding and I texted her at 6am. The original ceremony plan was to make a flower wall out of hedges at the venue, but she came up with a plan to accomdate the indoor ceremony space. I also loved our bridesmaid bouquets. We wanted monochrome for their mismatched dresses, and they all looked perfect. Haley even made a mini bouquet for our 8month old flower girl, matching her mother's dress. Everything looked absolutely beautiful and we couldnt be happier with the flowers!!”
