The Place has wonderful memories waiting for you. Two beautiful ponds with fountains, gazebos, stone walkways, and a winding stream nestled in the woods and surrounded by endless white fencing will provide amazing natural backdrops for your photos to capture the special moments of your day. We open our home to the bride and bridesmaids to get ready in our master suite. We also have a room for the groomsmen to get ready in once they arrive, with a flat screen TV, mini-fridge, couch, and arcade basketball. Have your ceremony next to the water, in front of the barn, down by the stream, or inside with beautiful sliding barn doors as your back drop and large pine beams overhead. Whatever you choose, we will customize it to make it all about you. Inside, your guests will appreciate the elegant venue with beams and stone fireplaces. With multiple choices for the placement of the bridal table, or the option of a sweetheart table, you can make “The Place” work for you!

Basil Place is a farm and wedding venue on a private, 100 acre estate. We prioritizes sustainability, permaculture, and ethical treatment to not only our farm animals, but all animals residing on our property.

Sugar Lake Lodge is a 135 acre estate with a seven acre private lake surrounded by Lake County Metro Parks. It features a gorgeous 6,700 square foot lodge & event center with an 1,800 square ft. private suite fully equipped with kitchen, fire place, and elegant bathroom all with a slight rustic feel. There is also a steam room for guests to unwind and enjoy. In addition, there is a lakefront event center with dual inside and outside fireplaces, and accommodations. For a more remote and primitive experience, there are secluded cabins complete with bathrooms and a pavilion with cooking grills sinks and fire pits amidst beautiful hiking and horseback riding trails.

Bath Hollow Farm is our little piece of nature between Cleveland and Akron. Located in a beautiful historic 1923 bank building, it features marble columns and floors, bank vaults, stone walls, large arched windows under an intricate decorative plaster work ceiling with magnificent crystal chandeliers. This stunning historic building was built in 1923 as the Pearl Street Savings & Trust Bank, which was designed by the famous architects Hubbell and Benes, who also designed the Cleveland Museum of Art, West Side Market, City Club, Masonic Temple and other famous historic buildings. The first floor of the Ariel Pearl Center has been converted to a beautiful event center which includes the Grand Hall with Rotunda and Vault, Cocktail Room, and Fireplace Room.
