The Mohicans Treehouse Resort and Wedding Venue is located in quaint Glenmont in the heart of Ohio's Mohican Valley. We are one of the largest treehouse resorts in the U.S. sitting on 75 acres of beautiful landscape overlooking the rolling hills of Ohio's Mohican Valley. The aesthetic is comprised of sustainable design incorporating vintage materials with touches of glam. You will find 100-year old barn siding with metallic details which is our way of mixing the old with the new in the most fabulous and complimentary way possible. If you are country at heart but still need to have a little sparkle then The Mohicans Resort is definitely the place for you. We offer a breathtaking wedding venue, 6 lavish cabins and 9 state-of-the-art treehouses in our luxury cabin collection -- three of which were designed by the guys from Animal Planet’s Treehouse Masters. We are tucked away in the woods and offer a beautiful, uninterrupted connection with nature.

"Where Extraordinary Happens......."
This space is a two-story open-air venue and features barn beams, hardwood flooring, a vast solid oak staircase leading up to an upper level mezzanine with access to a second story outside deck. There is also a large covered deck on the main floor perfectly suited for a ceremony or cocktail reception before heading inside for dinner, where tables rest under white and crystal chandeliers and solid pine trusses add to venue’s charm.

Stunning, unique, comfortable venue!
If you are looking for a stunning, outdoorsy, rustic, natural venue that also has all the modern conveniences that you’ll want on your wedding day, look no further than The Mohicans! It was absolutely perfect for us! Due to having our wedding on a weekday, we were able to reserve the venue the day before our wedding to be able to set up and have everything ready early, which was a huge plus. Their vintage rental room is an absolute treasure trove of decorations, signs, candles, and anything else you can think of that you would need to decorate! For what you have access to, the rental price of it is a huge cost saver! Everyone we worked with was kind, friendly, helpful and very accommodating. From Laura, to Amanda, Emma, Ellie and the extremely helpful woman who we had for our two planning visits, we felt welcomed. Don’t pass up the chance to have your wedding here! All of our guests raved about it! We had a rainy, late fall day for our wedding, & the pictures & day couldn’t have been more perfect!

Our wedding at The Mohicans Treehouse Resort and Wedding Venue was truly a magical experience. From the moment we first reached out, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and helpful in guiding us through the planning process. The venue itself is absolutely beautiful, with the treehouses providing a perfect, whimsical backdrop for our special day. The attention to detail and execution of our wedding was flawless - everything went off without a hitch and exceeded our expectations. Our guests are still raving about the stunning natural setting and the incredible service they received. We could not have asked for a more perfect wedding venue. Nestled in the heart of Ohio, this is a perfect venue for those that love the outdoors, with a charming atmosphere. Any time of year will do. The vibrant colors of the falls leaves, crisp air on a winter morning, or the summer sunlight peaking through the trees. Wedding, honey moon, anniversary, family vacation, you won't be disappointed.

We had our wedding here on 10.26.2024 and it was the most magical, perfect day. The venue/planning team was so kind and responsive throughout the entire planning process (we booked the venue in March of ‘22 so, many questions were asked). The ‘rental room’ they offer relieves SO much stress of trying to find decorations and signage, I highly recommend adding it. The list of vendors they give you is a BIG help, utilize it. Our event manager was truly wonderful the day of, we are incredibly thankful to have had her help. A special addition to having a wedding here is being able to stay in a treehouse connected to the Grand Barn AND have friends & family stay at the venue the night of the wedding. How neat is it that your guests can just walk back and go to bed after a night of celebration and laughter?! I truly could not imagine a more beautiful venue to get married at. Everything exceeded our expectations and we can’t wait to come back and stay again!
