It's weird describing the "me behind the camera" but I'll start with the fact I'm the mother of two of the cutest identical twin girls you've ever seen. This business allows me to spend most of my time with them and even some of my work time and for that I am forever thankful. While finishing my Bachelor's Degree in Middle Grades Education at Western Carolina University photography sort of just happened. By the time I graduated I knew that photography was what I wanted to do full time. I shot a wedding the day I was supposed to walk the stage at graduation and I've been chasing light with some of the sweetest couples in the world ever since.

Fox & Owl is my love story with that man and it's a small whisper of my deep + intimate relationship with the natural world. I'm a fiery woman as a Leo sun and Sag moon + rising. I cuss a lot and I break out into a terrible British accent when I'm excited - especially when I'm shooting with my clients. I love dark humor and I get tickled at the smallest things.
